Sorry to butt in here. Had Adi been alive, Ishita would not have accepted his EMA, but she would still have done whatever she could to make sure that Roshni's delivers the baby safely. And she would have wanted Adi to give his name to the baby. She would have done this even if the entire Bhalla family including Raman were to be against it. However, in this situation where Adi had died at her own hands, she wanted this baby for her own selfish reasons but she would never have gone to the extent of separating the baby from the mother. That is what differentiates Ishita from Raman and the rest of the Bhalla family. I am not really hailing this as a virtue of Ishita because given the situation whatever she is doing or has done comes across as grave injustice to Aliyah. It's a difficult situation to be in, but for Ishita the baby's well-being would matter as much as her own selfish needs.
