Ramon and his parents r happy with the arrival of 3 babies

Bhalla wants to take ishita back so that they could easily arrange everything for her and talks to doctor and arranges charter where they will be accomoanied by doctot

Like how Yoshi is taking care of ishita like a mither

Raman hold ishita tight while she was screaming in pain.

Ishita -ahh, Raman bahut dard ho raha hai.

Raman hugged her tight consoling her and said -dont worry jaan. Doctor is checking u. Doctor please do something.

Doc -its because of high altitude. Usse take off ke time problem ho rahi hai, but soon she will be fine.

Mr bhalla -she will be fine,naa.koi problem hai toh we can cancel it and go back.

Doc -aisi koi problem nahi hogi, just let the flight be in air. The moment her bp become normal, she will be good. She said checking her bp.

Toshiji -bachchon ko toh kuch nahi hoga naa???she asked all worried and ishita fainted screaming on top of her voice.
