Why does Ishita wants to stop her ?

How can both Roshini n Aliya stay in bhalla house together ?

Technically n legally its Aliya's house so Roshini have no right to stay there

I agree that she is the mother of baby n a baby shouldn't be separated from its mother but what can one do when the mother herself is giving up on her baby ?
