For me Shagun will be only Pihu's mother. I can never see Ishita as Pihu's mother for the same reasons why I can't see Shagun as Ruhi's mother.

Both abandoned their babies when they were young . Shagun better as she left Ruhi when she was 6 months old and Ishita when Pihu was just a day old And they did not even bother to find out about these babies whereabouts for as long as they were away.
