Ohh now I get the whole thing , she felt it's OK to sleep with Bhalla men as their family is loose character which actually is not wrong.

So she expected that they will all accept her and her baby happily with open arms just how they have accepted Shagun. But she forgot 1 thing that Shagun was never Raman's mistress but wife and all their kids are legitimate including Pihu.
