Well, I re-watched the Raman's monologue this morning Pooja and had a few observations and view. This is my opinion and perspective after watching. People, feel free to ignore and move on, if you are not interested. 😊

Pooja, if you actually observe, as soon as Shagun says "Stop. the marriage cannot happen", you can see Raman turning to someone on the other side with a shock and the camera also focused on Romi, coming forward a step from behind Mani. Now I don't know if he looked at Mani or Romi there 😕😆, as if asking "ye kaunsa drama kar rahi hai"😆. So I felt it was Raman-Romi exchanging looks there😕. May be I am wrong

But Raman's monologue that "ye shaadi mein kaise kar sakta hoon. Mein Pihu ke liye kar raha than. Jab Pihu khush nahi hai toh mein ye shaadi nahi kar sakta. Lekin mein Mihika ki zindagi bhi barbaad nahi ho sakta" kind of indicates what you and reshma said yesterday - Mihika has made this move of making him agree to this using Pihu and her affection for Ishita, in addition to the fact that he loves her. So he has been supporting Mihika in the drama all along, since he knows his family holds Ishita responsible for Ananya's death and hates her. I feel his taunts , anger etc are in those directions that Ishita is mum and not coming out clear in this and hence he cannot hurt the sentiments of his family, go against with the marriage directly. That fact is also bothering him and hence he is barsofying whenever he sees her.😕

But Mihika - Romi equations are still the same. He knows that too. As you say, either Mihika has told him that she will handle the Romi issue and Romi will not interfere in this plan or after the Romi - Mihika slap incident, Raman has had a talk with Romi about this. The other day of shanno exposure also Romi, Mihika were fighting and he was a witness to it and was shown thinking. Even with Ishita and her plan, I feel Mihika would have only agreed to be in plan along with Romi, but nothing much in terms of reconciliation with him. Pihu thinking not taking Ishita's name would help her in emotionally attacking her dad, has backfired for her and now he thinks she does not need a mother at all. So he is confused about going forward with the marriage if Pihu does not want a mother but at the same time, worried for Mihika too because she has put a lot of things at stake for this drama - She has earned the wrath, the curses of Iyers and they hate her like anything and the kids hate her too. Now this marriage drama just stops, her equations with Iyers would remain the same. Now, she cannot stay in Bhallas too. She cannot go to Iyers too and she does not want to move on with Romi too. Her life is ruined with no one in her life. That is the ruin Raman is talking about and that is the inference I could make, when I re-watch the scene. I kind of feel, that would be the case too.

So, it is somewhat getting clear. Raman knows about it from the beginning, Mihika is the one playing the game with his support, Romi is playing a quite role till now and the final big role will be played by him, when he helps Ishita reach the mandap. Raman might know Romi is aware that all this is a drama and might have also spoken to Romi, hence his shocked looks to someone in that side when shagun came over. Raman wants the marriage for Pihu as well as himself, but he is angry for lot of questions for which only Ishita has an answer , she is not coming out in the open and he cannot go against the entire family without getting to know what the actual truth is. I also feel in this process, he is getting to see the real face of Simmi and Param's blind hate for Ishita too and is observing it. That is what he did when Simmi was accusing Ishita and Shagun too. He was giving a listen to what all Simmi has to say about Ishita. 😕
