Well this can be anyone's dream like it can be ishita or ruhi's dream. And the dialogue like these came be it in dream or real because adialiyahu were acting the same thing that they came for ruhi. So, that will be the reason they used the dialogue 'humna shadi ruhi ka liya ki thi' etc. But i think after this drama raman would have clapped but ishita would have went to dream & children's next plan will be the dance. Because if it is real then it will alert villains big time😕. He may be acting & that can be the reason he gives angry looks to ishita at the start of dance.
