Priya, of course these are not at all a twist for us forget amazing twist😆. But then do u think like how some people like us are banging our head to find the solution for each episode & their action like that common viewers are doing that...i think (maximum people) No. So,for them ishita planning from long time that too with mihika or her finding medicine,or raman ding something etc will be amazing twist for sure when they think ishra relationship can only saved by God or some drama by ishita.

And other thing is we have predicted many scenario's till now who knows their twist is some other thing like they show in shagun-ramans marriage day which many of us have didn't thought which surprisingly become shock to us instead of happiness.Because many of us thought raman will stop the marriage or ishita or ruhi will stop but at last God is the one who stopped that marriage not any of ishraru which made people point finger at the character sihita & raman.. because there was no action from ishraru🥱.

So,at least this time i wish cvs amazing twist is any of which many of us had predicted because otherwise it will cause a big damage to both ishra's character's🥱

And i think her wearing a sari with gajra,pammi aunty presence etc is symbolizing that itself that ishita is trying to make him remember his past through this marriage. And if it's mihika-ishita planning whch have high chance then may be they would have select mihika as the bride to make param-simmi trust mihika more & also to avoid taking the chance of failing in their game because any other girl instead of mihika can be fall in the trap of param & simmi any time & she can't be trustworthy too. And these all are chances if there is any plan if there is no plan then that will be the amazing twist cvs were talking that this marriage stopped it's own🥱.
