Now her efforts might just pay off at the right time, where Raman will start to slowly question things, figure out Simmi's weird actions, connect dots and may be at the nth moment, he will have flashes of his marriage with Ishita and stop the marriage himself?😕. But that would mean, Ishita not doing anything from now on😕. So I don't know if that is possible because everyone are saying the same line "Ishita will find a solution to the problem". But if Ishita finds a solution, Mihika cannot win😆😆. That much is pretty clear.😉😆.

Also in all this, the duration and extent of Ishita's plan depends on whether Mihika is actually negative or acting it out. That thing is really confusing😕😆

This may be one of the reasons why she is no longer talking about his medicines and health and only worried about the marriage?😕 because she clearly knows he is no longer in danger and Simmi can be in her delusion that she is giving him medicines, while Raman slowly gets flashes, starts thinking and start relating to her? The marriage thing might not be expected by her is what I feel.

Also Mihika alone planning all this, how does it make sense? I mean even if there is a plan and Mihika comes up with it, then she needs to involve Ishita too, otherwise she will keep trying differently and Mihika will keep trying differently only for both to end up in failure. So if at all there is a plan, that is still on, it has to be both of Ishita's and Mihika's. If no plan, there is no actual plan then. Ishita's plan ended with Shanno's exposing. All this is unexpected outcome. Ishita might now come up with a plan and succeed or all her plans fail, but Raman slowly gets to connect dots and finally recollects Ishita is his wife on that moment😕😆. Not adding up?
