At the office Raman wants money to make a payment and asks for petty cash and while swetha was about to reveal ruhi steps in and says she used the cash to buy gifts for all staffs including lunch. After hearing this raman asks for his gift ..which stuns ruhi..ruhi has already bought a gift for him a brooch and a pocket square
She almost calls him dad and raman is ecstatic and shares this with adi and wants his help on how to use it as he's forgotten ..something as simple as stuffing a pocket square in his blazer and pinning the brooch is forgotten by him. He's almost a clean slate..that was the next stage..as per the psychiatrist..forgetting simple every day things.
So adi helps with it...wants a pic to see how it looks and also took selfie with adi and ruhi. He became too emotional with the gift..
Adi who is still with raman asks him to think about the relationship he has with ruhi, as he became more emotional with it...nice move...He starts thinking.
Ruhi crying at the current relationship status...and wonders why can't it be like the old times...she wants an end to all the problems...and adi says everything will work out.
Ishu/neelu
It seems toshi was being very inquisitive about shanno, and is doubtful and feels shes like ishita, and neelu asks her to talk less in front of toshiji and raman. NEelu wants to know the reason behind all this. Ishu questions as to who cooks for raman..neelu says its her who does all the cooking, tea included..and sometimes mihika does. Neelu confirms raman doesn't take meds anymore and ishu is confused, sort of sure its not food and drinks yet couldn't figure out how meds can be in his system.
So shanno starts snooping in simmis room as she's gone out and almost gets caught by simmi and simmi warns her not to come into her room without her permission and asks for her complete details for police verification.
Simmi asks if she has a phone and shanno denies it..just then shanno's phone vibrates and shanno narrowly escapes and rushes to her room. It's shagun who has called her and shares this info of police verification and asks for her help.
And raman back home..and toshiji asks about the brooch ...and says it was from ruhi...ishu hears all this. Toshiji has planed a family movie night. So raman leaves freshen up and wonders how to safe keep the brooch and the pocket square and decides to leave it in the suit. Ishu watches this without being noticed.All are ready to leave for the movie and raman comes saying his neck has sprained and ishu feels bad as now he's in lot of pain.

Glad adi took a step...wish the kids do something about Raman's condition... why wait for ishita? They are adults, they can definitely recreate few special moments...always...
