It can make logic if they show it was simmi who inform about Romi infidelity to Mihika, That way she would have felt hurt and upset that her Akka Ishita & Iyer family hide this from her, Further when Ishita supported Romi it would make her more Angry & she would trust simmi because she told her the truth---We know when a person is deeply hurt and in anger they can loose their conciseness & thinking (however intelligent and good tey maybe in Past), I have seen live example in real life . People who were very close like bro-sis due to some reason turn enemy & when they realize their mistake they are embarrassed and can't believe they did it
So its natural Mihika to react like this but i know she would come to sense & realize how badly she behaved.
