Raman reached Delhi with mihir and then his house. He entered the big mansion and saw his mother busy in work. He smiled and went to Toshiji. He hugged her from back and said -hi senorita, kya bana rahi ho??
Toshiji smiled hearing this and said -aa gaya mera bachcha, hua tera kaam. Did u get any house??
Raman -haan mil gaya. Bahut dhoondhne ke baad I got what I was searching for. Kal ho shift kar lunga, then from day after tomorrow, tera puttar kaam karne lagega .he said all excited.
Toshiji smiled hearing this while her eyes got moist.
Raman -hey senorita, yeh kya aapki aankhon mein aansu.
Toshiji turned and said -yeh toh khushi ke aansu hai. Aakhir mera puttar apni zindagi ka pehla kaam joh karne jaa raha hai. But I am sad also as u will be going.
Raman -toh kya hua, main aata rahunga naa milne har weekend par, apni senorita aur gabbar singh se. He said smiling.
Toshiji -bhaag badmaash, apne papa ko gabbar singh kehta hai. Achcha bol, kaisi family hai, Jiske yahan tujhe rehna hai.
Raman -bahut achchi, he lied.
Toshiji -aur khana Kahan khayega .
Raman -maa, that I will sort out. Pehle tu mujhe aur mihir ko khana de, bahut tez bhookh lagi hai.
Toshiji -tu freshen up ho jaa,main abhi khana lagati hoon.
Raman nodded and went to his room while mihir was sitting there only. Toshiji start serving him food asking about the house and the family. mihir efficiently lied as told by Raman. Soon Raman too joined them and both had food.
After having food, both went to do their work. Raman packed his luggage and get his IDs photocopied.
Mihir too helped him in packing his luggage.
Later in night, Raman told his father about him shifting next day. Mr bhalla happily blessed raman to finish his very first project successfully.
Next day, Raman and mihir went out to reach Ishita's house. They wanted to complete everything today only do that from tomorrow raman can start his work. Toshiji too wanted to accompany them to see the house and meet the family but raman smartly denied her. Finally Raman and mihir went together.
Soon they reached ishita's house who was busy in cleaning the floor, her pallu was tucked in her waist while hair was tied in a messy bun. Raman stopped at her sight and said -kitni sundar lag rahi hai naa??
Mihir saw ishita and said -haan, bilkul kaam wali bai jaisi.
Raman glared him and said -i will kill u.
Mihir -bahut khadoos hai.
They were talking when ishita saw them and said -arey Aap log jaa gaye, Maine aapka room saaf kar diya hai. Aap log shift kar sakte hai.
Raman -thank u, saying so he was stepping inside when she said -please wait for a while. Wet hai, aap gande pair se aayenge toh it will be dirty again.
Raman nodded and waited while mihir said -aa gaya Hitler ka Ek aur farmaan.he said to which Raman just elbowed.
After five minutes, Raman and mihir entered the house and ishita went to bring tea for them.
Mihir -waise ghar sach much kaafi sundar lag raha hai. Naa raman.
Raman -mujhe toh bas meri jaaneman sundar lag rahi hai. He said only to get a dirty look from mihir.
Soon ishita showed up with tea .
Ishita -sorry kuch aur nahi hai.
Raman -its OK. He said and start sipping the tea.
Both start having tea when raman asked -aap khud saara kaam karti hai, koi help nahi hai??
Ishita -help ki kya zarurat, kaam hi kitna hai.
Raman-koi help nahi hai toh mera room kaun clean karega roz??
Ishita -aap khud.
Raman -but mujhe toh nahi karne aata.
Ishita -sorry but that's ur problem. Main kya kar sakti hoon isme.
Mihir -i told u naa this place is not good. Itne paise bhi le rahi hai, bijli-paani ka alag.aur koi help bhi nahi. Chal raman hum dusra ghar dekhte hai. He said getting up.
Raman was about to say something when ishita said -nahi please mat jaiye. Mujhe key de kar chale jaiyega, I will clean it myself. But don't leave. She said in desperation while Raman looked at her hearing her words.
Ishita composed herself and said -matlab I will arrange for keeping ur room clean.
Mihir -but, he was saying when raman said -kya mihir, drame kar raha hai. Let it be.room kaise maaf rakhna hai woh hum dono sort out kar lenge. Chal shifting ki jaaye. He said getting up when ishita said -aapne kaha tha four months ka rent denge. Laaye hai?? She asked straightly.
Mihir -haan hai, but thoda wait nahi kar sakti. Let us shift. He said making ishita look guilty and she said -sorry.
Raman felt bad seeing her for some unknown reason. He took out the cheque and give it to her.
Ishita -cheque,cash nahi hai.
Mihir -arey itni kya urgency, he was saying when raman said -wait, he took our his wallet and gave money to ishita. She thanked them and went inside while Raman was just looking at her.though she didn't said anything but her eyes was telling a different stories.
Raman was just looking at her when mihir said -ho gaya naa payment, chal ab shift karte hai. He said and both went to start the shifting.
On the other hand, ishita was sitting in her room and crying holding that money.
Ishita -kya ho gaya mere saath. I literally begged for this money.i may sound greedy but I am needy, mujhe zarurat hai inn paison ki. I badly need it. She said and wiped her tears.
Raman and mihir was busy in arranging the rooms while raman was still thinking about ishita's moist eyes.
Raman -mihir, tujhe nahi lagta, ishita kuch ajeeb hai.
Mihir -kuch, mujhe toh woh bahut ajeeb lagti hai.arey thik hai u gave us this house on rent but itna desperate for money.
Raman-tu naa mar jaa jaake kahin, tera kuch nahi ho sakta. Tu shifting kar. He said and both started doing their job.
Soon the work got over and bott went out. They had dinner together and raman slept in his room while mihir went back to Delhi.
Next day, Raman got up and get ready .he went out of the room thinking to have breakfast with ishita.
Down stairs, ishita was sitting alone sipping her tea when raman came down buttoning his sleeves and saw ishita. She was looking very beautiful in her simple attire while her long hair was left open. Raman stopped in the stair lost in her beauty.
He was looking at her when ishita raised her head feeling his gaze. She felt awkward with his gaze and looked away making him conscious. He too looked away and came down.
Raman -good morning.
Ishita -good morning.
Raman-wish me luck, aaj mera pehla din hai kaam par.
Ishita -all the best, Mr bhalla.
Raman -u can call me Raman, Mr bhalla is just too awkward.
Ishita-ok raman.
Raman -thats nice, OK now I am running late, bye. Saying so he was going thinking of her to stop him when she said -did u had ur breakfast. She asked making him smile.
He turned and said with a baby face -actually I don't know cooking, aur koi help nahi mil raha, no problem. I will eat something on my site.
Ishita -aise thodi naa jaate hai, bhookhe pet. Wait let me make something for u. She said and went to cook something for him while he smirked at his first success.
He was smiling looking at ishita when she said -jao raman, u must be getting late. She said breaking his trance and he realised she never asked him about his food. He was just imagining her asking for food.
He smiled and was going out but turned and asked-ek cup chai milegi, actually I don't know to make tea. He was saying when ishita said -sorry, mera ghar restaurant nahi hai. Mujhse utni hi umeed kijiye jitne ka payment kiya hai. Maine pehle hi kaha tha, she was saying when raman said -sorry, I shouldn't have asked about it. He said and went without having anything while ishita was just looked away.
