Hi friends back with new update .Part 26
Ishra talked for long and almost slept when it was dawn .It was 6.30 am in morning when someone knocked the door ,ishita got up lazily and opened the door ,it was amma .She saw ishita and spoke ," aiyoo ishu you are still sleeping, many works are there abhi haldi bhi baaki hai ,and then other rituals are also left .go and get ready soon ".
Ishita rubbed her both eyes and spoke " amma I m very sleepy ,can't I sleep for some more ".
A- no kanna its your marriage today ,you should be excited instead you are sleeping like lazy head.
I- amma I m your baby na ,please let me sleep for some more .
A- no ways ,get up ,sleep in your in-laws house from tomorrow .
I(making a puppy face )- I know you love akka more than me .
A- enough of your stupid talk ,you should have got ready till now .chalo jaao .
I- (making a dirty face )- going .
Saying so she went to wash room to get ready for the day .She came out wearing a simple yellow lahenga .
Soon the rituals started ,mihika was too happy to witness all the rituals and was teasing ishira time to time .
On the other side bhallas were up and ready in the morning itself as tget also have many rituals to do .At first the haldi started as the same haldi has to go to iyers and will be applied to ishita .Raman sat in the wood platform and his beeji (grandmother) started putting haldi on him ,then toshiji applied .Elderly ladies applies decently but his cousins and simmi ,put haldi all over his face and hands ,his maternal aunty told them to tore his cloths and apply all over body ,he smiled fully and spoke " no need to tear my cloths I will remove them ."
Saying so he removed his T-shirt and vest ,the girls applied the haldi all over his upper body,simmi took his pics and send them to ishita ,she saw and laughed wholeheartedly while he went to take bath .Toshiji gave the remaining haldi to bala and told him to take it to iyer house .He did same and soon jaldi rituals started in iyers .Every body put haldi on ishita ,she told mihika to click her pics and send them to Raman ,she did same . Raman saw them and smiled fully looking to her and replied
" getting colored in my color " in return ishita send a blushing emoji.
The day passed in jiffy between several rituals ,finally the time come for ishra marriage .Ishita got ready in her cream mehroon lehanga which she bought with him while Raman too got ready in same mehroon sherwani which was her choice .Her hairs were nicely tied in long braid beautifully decorated with flower strings ,while she was looking ethereal in her bridal attire wearing lits of golden jewelries.
Bala was in his house only ,he was coming along with baraati's .Iyer's were all ready ,waiting for bhallas ,bala informed iyers when they began their journey from bala house to iyers . It was not bit far from iyers ,so everybody settled in the cars arranged by iyers while Raman was in horse . When it was about half km away from iyers , baraati's came out of their cars and started dancing on DJ sounds .The baraat was crawling with very slow speed as all the youngsters were busy in dancing .After about one hour they finally reached the entrance of iyer house .
Ishita was sitting in her room all dressed in her bridal attire waiting eagerly for baraat to arrive .She was taking her pics and was sending to Raman time to time ,while he was smiling looking to them ,she was asking for his pics and he hadn't send any ,till now . Ishita listened the sound of bands and DJs ,and got to know that bhallas had arrived, that's when mihika entered the room and spoke " wow ishu ,prof bhalla is looking too handsome in groom attire ."
I(excitedly)- you saw him .
M- humm .
I- I too wanna see him .
M- come .
Saying so she held Ishita's hands and both the girls were going out of the room when amma stopped them and asked " ishu kanna where are you going ".
I- amma wo ,I was going to see the baraat .
A- are you mad ,you are not suppose to go out before jaimaal.
I- amma please just once .
A- no,go inside and be there till you are called for jaimaal.
I- how mean amma its my baraat and you are not letting me see it,Roz Roz thodi na hoti hai meri shaadi .
A- ishu don't argue ,I have many more important work to do .
I- amma please na .
They were still talking when they heard vandu from behind ",amma let her see ,nothing bad with happen.its her marriage let her enjoy" .Getting her sister support ishita requested again making puppy face ,finally amma agreed and ishita went to the corridor to see Raman who was sitting in fully decorated horse while his cousins were busy in dancing .She saw bala,mihir and vandu too were dancing with them ,soon seniors were pulled toshiji ,bhallaji and Amma appa too danced for sometimes .witnessing everybody dancing ishita spoke to mihika " miku mujhe bhi dance karne ka man kar raha...
She was yet to complete her sentence when she notice mihika too joining everybody in dancing ,soon bala pulled Raman from the horse for dancing ,at first he denied but when toshiji insisted he too danced for a while .Ishita was seeing everybody dancing and enjoying and made puppy face as she too wanted to dance with them mostly with Raman .
After dancing much ,amma did his teeka and baraati's were brought inside . Raman was taken to the beautifully decorated stage ,he settled in the huge king chair while ishita was called jaimaal .Ishita showed up walking slowly with vandu and mihika on either side ,she reached the stage and climbed the stairs while Raman stood and supported her .Now both were standing facing each other ,they shared a beautiful eyelock which was broken by vandu who instructed ishita to put the rose garland in Raman's neck.
She raised her hands to put the garland ,he was bit tall than her so she tiptoed and put the garland ,in this process she lost balance and fell on Raman's chest ,he rounded his arms around her to support while everybody hooted for them ,ishita turned red with blush and parted .Soon Raman too out the garland in ishita's neck and all clapped for heavenly couple then ishita did aarti of Raman after that elders blessed them .
Later in night,Raman was sutting in mandap waiting for ishira while panditji was chanting mantras .After sometimes he instructed amma to bring ishita , she signalled vandu ,she went and ishita was brought . She settled in front of Raman soon the rituals started ,Mr and Mrs iyer did kanyadaan of ishita and then she sat beside Raman .Panditji chanted mantras and told vandu to tie knot between ishra ,she tied ishitas dupptta with his stole ,then panditji instructed ishra to take the pheres ,Raman saw Ishita who was sitting looking down getting bored of the mantras.Raman stood up and feeling the movement beside her she looked up ,he signalled her to get up ,he helped her in standing and both started taking pheres holding each other hands .Soon they were done with pheres and settled in their place . Panditji then instructed him to fill her partition ,Raman obeyed him and filled her partition then tied mangalsutra around her neck she closed her eyes feeling the moment and smiled fully while Raman held her hands tightly assuring her that he is always with her in all ups and down of life .
Panditji announced them men and wife ,and told them to take blessings of elder .Ishra touched feet of their parents and took blessing, toshiji cupped ishita's face and pecked her forehead while amma told Raman that ishita is bit childish he should take good care of her .He nodded and spoke " you don't worry amma ,she will be happy there that will be also her home ".
Toshiji too told " wahi to I m taking my daughter in that house not DIL you don't worry ,she will be happiest ."
After that all the bhalla's and relatives had their breakfast as they have to leave for Delhi in an hour .Ishira told mihika and mihir to join her to Delhi ,at first they denied but when Raman too insisted they got ready for same .After having breakfast and packing their stuff bhalla's get ready to leave . Ishita started crying realizing that now she is going to leave her parents forever ,now she will come to their house as guest that too for some days only .She hugged appa tight and cried in his embrace ,amma and vandu too cried seeing them ,ishita hugged them too and spoke between her cries ,akka don't think that I m got far so you will take my place ,I m still appa's princess and he loves me more than everybody .vandu smiled and spoke " haan baba appa loves you more ".ishira again hugged appa and spoke " Appa I don't wanna go leaving you ".
Appa hugged her tight and spoke " you go with Raman I m coming by next flight only ".
She looked at him with confusing eyes when he cleared ,I amma ,akka and jiju everybody is coming to attend your reception party . Ishita nodded ,appa requested bhallas to take care of ishira and forgive her if she does any mistake ,Mr bhalla assured that ishita will be safe and happy with them .Soon all settled in car and drove towards the airport to fly for Delhi.
