It does not matter how many times Raman tells Ishita he hates her ,
and the reason
she still ask him as she probably believes that Raman
deep within himself loves her
in college when Ishita denied him , Raman either got sick or
he pretended so that he could trap her easily
they had a real marriage and they become one too
its only when he brought her back home then he started with his hate game
but in all this there is care too though he is rude and hurts Ishita
I'm sure when he does fall in love with her he will fall deep
