ahahahah when YHM was getting awards the award function was real and now when they lost it the awards were fixed - what a joke.

Well, people thought the award function were fixed when YHM won and now, they are real because YHM lost, so it depends who you ask. Personally, its all fixed!

The concept of competing reel vs real jodi is ridiculous. Cutting off Ishra for this lame reason is discriminatory.

Awards are fixed every year Leo ...

For last three years there was no couple who got popularity on SO Other then IshRa .
This time it was not only one but two .
Until Isha were profitable to SP they made them won ,now they are Not .

It's a business at the end .

The thing is Vyas... YHM is no longer a trp gainer for SP and definitely SP would like to promote newer shows and younger actors which are potential TRP gainers for them. 'IshRa won awards for the last 3 years' is of no consequence now, it doesn't even matter. In the TRP game No one remembers who won what. They were popular then, they were nominated. The point is SP does not need them anymore. SP is not to be blamed, this point of time comes in every show and actors life. Jab tak show hit hai you are channel laadli laadla. Nahi hai toh popularity gaye tel lene. 4million followers etc etc kuch kaam ka nahi hai. Market mein young actors hai who will achieve equal popularity as a Jodi like IshRa. No channel will bother about 4 m followers if it doesn't convert into TRP that's the bottom line.

Divyanka and her PR team are high on Divek promotions. But she miscalculated with her all out promotions of Divek jodi nominations sidelining IshRa which gave her so much all these years. Obviously this didn't go well with the general YHM fans and viewers. SP was partial towards Kaira and Shivika as they are the future prospects who'd pay dividends to them but an overwhelming response in terms of votes could have turned the table. It didn't happen because Divyanka messed up reel with real. In the end, it made SP's job way too easy.

And to be honest I don't think they wanted jodi awards either

They won't be too bothered either

I was just pointing our blatentness of everuthimh

It is business and profit matters but way it was not done

Well that technically isn't correct

Yhm still has more trps than ishaqbaaz

Rest of it I agree

Channel would promote whomever thry think will bring business for them

They tried to promote dt and vivek through nb

But show bombed

So lets see if this gamble works
