Adi was quite sane today with his decision of not heading the project and even the way he dealt with Mr mehra when he said that this has become a family issue now
when he pointed out about a 17 yr kid's inexperience and Ramans favourism becoz anyone would feel that he is doing that
I feel that strike will happen and than maybe Adi would find a solution to it or they could make this project get successful just to increase adis insecurities further
but I felt bad for Adi
Raman is not even hearing him out
he is too overwhelmed that ruhi is coming up with so many solutions and he is encouraging her for everything without even considering others povs
and ruhi is so dumb that she is asking Adi why is he upset I mean dint she see him being yelled at ??
it's still indigestible for me that a kid whom we dint even see completing elementary schooling is so apt in everything
I do agree that school drop outs could also be genius's but making a website is not something u learn from the internet or by making a fb account or being an internet sensation
it's really irritating to see her saying don't worry Adi bhaiyya we will find a solution to it
and now since she is getting Ramans support and all her suggestions are being accepted she is opposing everyone who is going against her wishes like how she spoke to Mr mehra and Adi saying she is thinking about the company's betterment
ishgun Convo is irritating for me but good that she told her about Nidhi only when shagun forced her
and I felt that was only for tisha to come to know about ishus doubts
pihu is very excited for her secret chatting with papa but this will land her in trouble god knows how severe it's going to be
the only good thing about the episode was Ramans concern for ishus safety and the precap

Viji bear with me as I have watched all the episodes today so my review would be mixed up for the whole week and is pretty long😊

Pihu:

I never could connect to this character as I did not like the way the surrogacy was handled and due to this character my IshRa were destroyed by making Raman an abusive husband and Ishita a door mat. I might be harsh but the fact is I also don't like this character because of whom my IshRA was destroyed might play a part here as well for what I am going to say about her.

Pihu is a manipulative brat she never cares about Ishita she sees her as a caretaker that all. Why did she not question Shagun that she is keeping her away from her family when Shagun took her or far that matter why she did not behave well with the family when Shagun was not there if she is missing the family so much. If Pihu loves her family so much and could not stay away from them even though they are in Delhi only then how was she staying with Shagun in Bangkok happily. She apologized to Ishita because Raman asked only, if she was really sorry then why would she repeat the same dialogue only a day after that Ishita is separating her from her loved ones.

She is abusive towards Ishita only from the starting knowingly very well that she won't be reprimanded for it. She is very clear in her decision that since Shagun gave birth she is the only mother she has she even said that too Raman as well. I find she said that she is missing family just to hurt Ishita only otherwise why would she be bored in her family now even Neelu was good today she said to read a book if she is bored but what did she do she was chatting on the phone.

Adi

I seriously pity this kids. No one has time for him and most of the time he is forgotten and if he is remembered it is just to insult him. Shagun only used him for her own gain. Raman was going behind him until he could not get him once he got sure that Adi will not go anywhere he washed his hands off him. Ishita always cares about Ruhi and Pihu but most of the time forgets Adi.

Adi is in starting stages of Raman anger by throwing and breaking things in frustration, shouting at people. I hope he gets help soon.

Ruhi

What the hell is wrong with her.

Does Raman company has a formula to make drinks why is she changing the formula.

What capacity was she talking to other company who won the contract. What designation she has in Pihu industries to deal with them

Who design a company website without company's permission and puts it in the net as well and if her website was not accepted by the company what was she going to say to the buyers who have purchased through her website.

No one in the right mind who have at least basic knowledge of business would keep their hand in employees incentive that is a disaster for the company and I was surprised to see Raman accepting it without discussing with his CEO and union worker.

I thought she was studying has she finished school and joined her business as well.

Toshjii

As usual she has bipolar disorder.

When Raman asked what mistake I did she told him he did not do any mistake and to Ishita she said I know why you are staying away Raman I will make sure nothing happens to you after saying all this she was angry with Ishita since she was not budging when Pihu questioned about her dad and with angry eyes only asked her to pack her bags.

Did she understand why Ishita moved out or just sprouted dialogues so that Ishita would come back ?

I liked Toshjii TShirt when she went in to Raman room it said " Make new mistakes"😆

Romi

Romi character also has shown growth. He sensed Adi insecurity because he had been there and nicely stepped in to help out Ruhi without embarrassing Adi.

Romi is also going to be away from office since he is going to follow Ishita so there is definitely a kaand is going to happen in office.

Raman

He was not wrong in scolding Adi for the tender fiasco but the place was wrong in the office he should have taken Adi separately and told him about that instead of shouting in front of all the employees.

He was not wrong in scolding Adi as well in home but to say to him that having a girl like Ruhi he doesn't need a son like Adi was down right insulting.

Adi is a trainee/ new employee so he should not be taking decision on his own even if he is given a project to handle on his own for him fo him to grow the CEO of the company should check his quotation before submitting it.

Raman encouraging Ruhi is not bad but to agree with all her decision is stupid. To make her the head of the project was even more stupider how the hell he runs his business its just not Adi who will be working under Ruhi there will be other employees who will be working under Ruhi and will be resenting Raman for putting his inexperienced with no education daughter as their boss forgoing their years for toil for this company.

In business if one person puts a suggest then they have to discuss with other members and then finalize it here but here he is not allowing anyone to talk against Ruhi nor he is thinking probably leaving Adi the manager had a valid point but Raman was not even hearing him today.

I'm still not sure whether Raman understood the core issue of his anger hurting other people.

Raman worry for Ishita was nice but I hope he starts concentrating on his business now keeping everything aside

By the way do anyone of you know what is Raman business that day ruhi was testing juice, Bala said he was purchasing computers from him , Ishita did all the packing for a juice company when she handled the company.

Ishita

I initially thought she was trying to change Raman but this week I understood that is not the case she is trying to change herself . She is coming out of her mask showing to people that it is hurting her and she is also human like rest of us.

I understand why she talks with Shagun but I hate it to the core even if is some roadside person I would be okay with it since it Shagun that irks me a lot. If you forgot that is Shagun then all those scene were nice between two friends but the trouble is I cannot forget its Shagun so did not like any of those scene.

I did not like when she accused Raman of kidnapping Pihu but when I looked at it from her view point Raman has already kept her away from Pihu he did not tell Pihu about her at all and he never gave any explanation as to why he did not tell Pihu about her so she once again thought Raman is snatching the kids again but it shows how much she values her self worth.

I liked Ishita/Mani convo she showed unbreakable trust on Raman that he would not harm the kids and she even showed it to Raman by dismissing Gulbo.

I did not like Ishita dismissing Gulbo based on the fact that she saw some person dressed like Gulbo from backside and a stamp on Gulbo hand. She should have enquired more into it. You know what that Ishita grabbing Gulbo by the hand and throwing her out strangely reminded me of the scene where Raman grabs Ishita hands and throws her out when she would not explain about where she was at night and Param comes to stop it.

I liked Ishita stance that only DIL/Mother has come and not wife. I also liked the fact that she said she is going to investigate further and asked Raman not to interfere in it. At least she did not hide anything this time.

Today I liked her efforts in trying to know about the situation but as I said I did not like the fact she shared it with Shagun but I am glad she shared the information with Raman.

Ishita is right in thinking while encouraging Ruhi he should not be discouraging Adi.

I liked her conversation with the warden.

Mani/Nidhi/Shagun

Mani/Shagun scene was nice if he did not back stab his friend but whenever I see him on screen I only see a backstabber so cannot gel with any of his emotions.

Nidhi is smart but I am wondering how come she did not stop Ishita from going back to Bhalla house so now Nidhi is aware that Ishita knows the truth and will be extra careful.

Gulbo:

As I predicted Gulbo was there only to take care of Shagun only by taking her to doctor appointment, Cutting fruits for her they thought since Raman was there in Gulbo get up in the guise of getting Ishita back home that trp would not drop but they forgot viewers are smarter we don't like IshRa in any form to serve Shagun so the trp dropped so now they brought back Ishita home since it did not server their purpose.

My Prediction

1. Ishita is going to get hurt in saving Pihu from Gulbo she is going to lose her memory as she keeps repeating that she loves Raman I am 100% sure she is going to forget it.

2. Shagun is going to end up in Bhalla house with the baby as Mani would be in jail

3. Ruhi would solve the worker problem and Adi might decide to move out from Bhalla life once and for all or Adi might solve the worker problem their by opening Raman eyes that he is not useless at all.
