She is blaming herself that because she wished to be in Raman's arms that he had to go through all this pain!!
She already loves him and he has started falling for her too!!

Raman -no jaan, he meant that only. He said that I can go on honeymoon as I am not capable of taking care of business anymore. He is giving my project to someone else. U know I have given my soul to this project. And papa snatched it from me, just like that. Kya main andha ho gaya toh meri koi importance nahi rahi. Kya main store room mein phenkne laayak ho gaya that he is throwing me out of his life. Kya meri koi importance nahi rahi jaan. He was saying and crying bitterly.

Ishita held his face in between her hands and said-aapki importance kya hai, yeh aap mujhse puchiye,u r my love, my life, my soul Raman. Aap jaan ho meri raman, please stop crying. I can't see u like this please raman stop crying. She said crying with him making him stop crying.
