As far as we get to see in segments, Pihu is also moving out with Ishita right?. So I don't think Pihu is going back to shagun or would dislike Ishita. This time around, Pihu might be unhappy with Raman for shouting and fighting with family members. But I guess this kid would still loves her dad dearly. That is why, in segments, with both the daughters present there, only this little one ran to save her father from those men , while the one who is the root-cause of all this whole mess was sent away and she also went, I guess. 😊
