How can Suhail kill her Ishra and Pihu?

Suhail blackmailed Ruhi in the letter that if she does'nt take the blame of murder he will kill her parents n Pihu.So Ruhi took the blame.But if Suhail gets arrested 4 murder how can he kill her parents n Pihu?Even Nidhi is in jail.Then how is it possible?
