And so the court drama begins
Sohail is brought in for questioning
It's sohail vs rkb..the whole family is present..
And the mms is brought in front..and the rest followed.. blackmailing and the murder..the blackmailer is none other than sohail and also vikram behel his uncle was tortured by him and tattoo artist were overdosed with drugs
The attorney comes forth with the witness who is 8 year old pihu bhalla sister of ruhi bhalla..
Sohail was like..m what come again?
So pihu is brought in by the iyers..and raman approaches pihu asks not to be scared ..
So the lawyer approaches and asks her to say what she saw..and pihu looks straight at sohail and she has fb's of the incident and points saying she saw him murder someone..
The judge requests pihu to be taken outside..
The lawyer is making his final statement and just then ruhi enters and interrupts says "no..sohail did not commit the murder but she did...and ishra and everybody are wondering what"s going on and they are shocked..
And ruhi wants to testify..and says its she who murdered the blackmailer
Ishra are shocked out of their minds..
Raman's eyes have already started tearing up..sohail has a smirk on his face..
Ishra go to ruhi.. and are tying to talk sense to her..but she's very stubborn...and says that it was all her..she stands firm on her testimony..
And the judges sees all this commotion and he warns them
Judge gives permission for ruhi to speak
But ruhi takes the witness stand and gives her testimony ..she trusts him and stood by her..she says she accidentally pulled the trigger..
Ishra are panicking..the judge orders them to be quiet and so does the attorney
Ishra lawyer says they have a witness and they cannot disregard that.
Ishita says..ruhi is blindly in love with sohail and doesn't even know what he's doing..she says even they were duped...and sohail is very dangerous
Ruh discredits pihus statement saying that pihu was forced to say such things..and says that pihu is unwell and she's in counseling and also has fits sometimes...so maybe she is imagining things..
And ishra are fighting and the judge orders them to remain quiet.
Judge warns ishra
Ruhi further says if she's allowed to call Dr Vohra..pihus counselor..and ruhi calls them..and the judge talks to the counselor and says yes shes her patient..and the judge asks if she can be the crime witness. Counselor says no as she's blocked her memory..she's in a very delicate situation now..and ishra lawyer talks to her..she's in trauma and that its better to keep her away from all this as this might become serious ..with that the call ends.
And then ruhi says that her parents were not aware of all this and sohail was arranging money for her and ishra lawyer wants to talk to ruhi as she's the new witness.
Judge grants it,
So ishra talk to ruhi
And ishita says that she knows everything now and that she took her yesterday so she can sever her relationship with sohail..
At that moment raman is shocked...ishita realizes what she just said..
And raman starts ..didnt i tell you
And the lawyer interrupts and says that he needs to have a word with ruhi
He's talking to her but ruhi is not budging at all..she says she loves him and trusts him...and further says..." yes her mom told her yesterday and initially she too thought that she may be right..so i did meet him and i also slapped him and said that i hate him..but why did he do this,,but then he gave me a letter ...and asked me not to inform this to anybody..and then i read that..and then all it said was he loves me"...and says that her parents are punishing him for loving her.. how can you people do this..and says..why do you hate him that much..so what if he's nidhis bro..
An says i will do anything to save him as i love him"...
Ishra are trying their best. But nope..nothing works
Sohail... mono..he will ruin ruhis life..just like raman did theirs

Sentencing... ruhi is guilty..10 years..in prison..she will be in juvenile detention center until 18 and then moved to central prison.. and sohail is pleading not to punish ruhi but him..
Anaya is waiting I school to be picked up..her school mate mom offers hello
Gaurav comes thee and picks her up..ananya is not interested...she wants to spend time only with daddy ..gaurav takes ananya..this guys was very rude with that kid.
Ruhi herself is a victim and said the trigger went off by accident and how can she be sentenced for this?..its self defense..
What happened to all the evidences?
Why didn't the lawyer ask for the letter?..a smart lawyer would have picked up something is fishy when ruhi said sohail gave a letter and told me not to share this with anyone..and that letter said he loves her...if that's all there is why will sohail say not to share this?
It was made ugly by making pihu mentally unstable ...her own sister.
One thing i noticed when sohail was pleading with the judge to punish Him..ruhi had no emotions..
I feel that sohail had a hunch that pihu could be a witness if you see she completely made pihu as mentally disturbed...and even went to the extent of calling her counselor...just a hunch..i maybe wrong. And he might have threatened her about her parents..but majorly it might be pihu. Coz after Nidhi enters.. she might go after raman or ishita maybe pihu too.
Since ruhi is in jail..theres nothing more they can do to Ruhi...that's accomplished.
