Ishita opened her eyes hearing mihika and then looked around only to see herself on the hospital bed. She remembered how param told raman to shoot himself and then that bullet.

Doctor came to her and was checking ishita, when her eyes fell on her flat stomach.

She gave ishita an injection and went calling mihika,she don't wanna go leaving ishita alone but went as doctor want to talk something urgent while ishita was laying down and crying. Not able to bear the pain, she got up slowly and walked to the window.
Ishita-jab raman aur hamara baby nahi raha toh main jee kar kya karungi.saying so she was about to jump when she felt a hold on her waist. He pulled her to him and she landed on his chest. It doesn't took her more then a second to recognise his touch. She raised her head only to see him standing infront of her with teary eyes.
Raman -pagal ho gayi ho kya, kya karne jaa rahi thi.
Ishita got happy seeing him and kissed his face.
Ishita cupped his face and cried. She wasn't able to say anything out of happiness.she was just crying hugging him tight.
Raman picked her in his arms and took her to the bed. While ishita was go on snuggling into him.
Ishita-mujhe lagaa, lagaa ki aap aapko kuch, main mar jaati aapke bina. She said crying bitterly.
Raman -shh, stop crying. Mujhe kuch nahi hua, main marne wala nahi tha, we were just buying time to implement our plan.

Raman -yes when we reached there and saw param making u hostage, I signalled mihika to call mihir and tell him to bring the near by police as he was out to brought sweet dish. Then he went to police station and told about param being in our house. So he brought them with him. And I was listening everything on bluetooth. So I was just wasting time, so that they can catch param easily.

Raman -param pe chali thi. Officer shoot him from back, from the window and it pierced his head and he was dead on spot. Mar gaya toh, I am so sad that I couldn't kill him with my own hands.
