Chapter 1
Delhi,
Ishita happily walked out from her house and left in her cycle, she was on her way when she saw one kid was waiting at the bus stop in her school uniform. Ishita helped her to reach her school and then left for her destination.
Ishita walked in her singing school where her master was singing and few girls were listening him carefully. Ishita walked in, "Ishita.. Come, take ur sit." Her Guruji said. Ishita smiled with a nod and took her sit.
"Ishita.. Why did u take so long time to arrive? We all are waiting to listen a song from u." The Guruji.
"But Guruji.. I.." She hesitated.
"Ishita, which thing makes u happy, never deny to do it my dear. Please go for it." Guruji insisted.
Mumbai, City Hospital
A family walked in from the emergency way, "Doctor, my dad.. He has heart attack." A guy said crying.
The hospital stuffs took the patient inside when a senior doctor along with a lady doctor walked in the corridor when the family members of the patient ran to them. "Sir, Sir please save my father."
"Please keep faith in God. Everything will be fine. Don't worry." The senior doctor assured them and walked in the cabin.
At Mumbai Road, he was driving the car while listening a song when he saw his phone was ringing, he paused the music player and activated his Bluetooth headset.
"Yes sir..!" He answered.
"Dr. Raman? Where r u? We have an emergency case." The senior doctor said.
"Sir, I'm on my way to hospital, I'll be there within few minutes." He answered.
"Okay, please come fast."
"Why? What happened?" Raman asked.
"Actually Raman, the patient's heart has 100% blockage."
"Then why r u waiting for? You should operate him immediately sir, or else his life.." Raman paused.
"But Raman, should we take the risk?"
"We've to sir.. We haven't other option. Please, don't be late, every minute is crucial now.. I'm coming." Saying this Raman speed up the accelerate.

Delhi,
As Ishita finished her song everyone clapped along with her Guruji, everyone praised when Ishita's eyes fall on the wall clock and it was strike at 10am.
"Guruji? Can I take leave for today?" Ishita asked.
"But Ishita, u should concentrate on ur singing."
"For today only please. You know na today her result. Though I know she will do her best but still I want to be with her, I want to be there with my family.. Please..!" She pleaded.
"You won't change.. You'll think about everyone except urself. Okay go..!" Guruji agreed.
Ishita thanked him and collected her stuffs, she was about to leave when she turned at her Guruji saying, "She's my best friend as well as my sister so I've to do it. I can sacrifice everything when it comes to my sister." She smiled and took leave.
Mumbai hospital,
Raman parked his car and walked in building when the family members ran to him and begged for their father's life when Raman said, "Please don't do this. We've no time for all this." and he asked nurse to give him the reports.
Raman walked in the cabin of senior doctors and they discussed the case when the lady doctor said, "But Raman.. It will be risky."
" Is there any other option ma'am? No right? If we suggest him in other hospital then anything can happen on the way." Raman said.
"Let's do it Raman." Another doctor said and they left for operation.
Delhi college,
A girl was nervously sitting under the tree when her friends arrived there, "Hey.. What r u doing here? Don't u want to check ur result?"
"I'm hell nervous." She replied.
"Nervous and u?? Why? We all know u r the best, u will get good marks." Her friend said.
"I know. I'm not worrying about the marks, I know I am the best. But I'm worrying about the position. U know na I always want to be on top. I never allow anybody to go ahead of me." She said arrogantly.
"Don't worry Shagun, u'll be the topper as always. Now let's go." Her friends dragged her inside.
Shagun checked her result and as usual she was on top, she excitedly jumped, everyone congratulate her, she took blessings from her teachers.
"So, Shagun.. As u always said now you will go Mumbai for higher studies right?" Her friend asked.
"Well.. I am not thinking about it now.. Now I am excited for the trip." She said.
"Trip?"
"Yes.. Appa promised me, if I top then we'll go for a Shimla trip. Now I am excited to inform him about my result. See you soon guys." Saying this she left for her house.

Outside operation theater,
"We've to keep him under observation for next 24hr. Though he gained his sense so I think there's nothing to worry." Raman said.
"Really Raman.. You did a miracle today. I get rare critical case in my life. I don't know what would I if you weren't here with me today." The elder doctor said.
"You did a commendable job my son. You took the risk and won the case. I'm really proud of you." Lady doctor also praised when Raman looked down embarrassed.
"See..! Right now, I'm standing in front of my two teachers and incidentally one is my Tauji (uncle) and other one is Taiji (Aunt) and I learned everything from u both so getting such comments from u both is really very embarrassing." Raman said.
"No, I don't care what u feel, I'll always proud of you." She said caressing his cheek.
Raman smiled, "Okay.. Now if both of u r done. Shall I leave? I'm getting late."
"Oh yes. You've patients to check..!" His uncle said.
"Yes. And moreover I'm going on a trip after tomorrow." Raman said.
"Where? Oh..! I guess, on hill station. Right?" His aunt asked suspicious.
"Yes.. You want to go?" Raman asked looking at them.
"We? Okay.. Will discuss on this at night." She replied.
"Okay.. Then now I'm leaving.. Bye..!" Saying this Raman was going to leave when his uncle stopped him saying, "Raman listen?"
"Yes?" He turned at them.
"You can do whatever you want, you can go wherever you want but no bike ride.. I'm warning you. Your bike riding gives me so much tension." He said hopeless.
"It happens with me also." Raman said with a nostalgic smile.
"What?" His uncle asked confuse.
Raman turned at him while running his fingers through his hair, "Tension.."
"Means?"
Raman approached to them saying, "When I see a cardiac doctor smoke two to three packets in a single day. It gives me so much tension."
As soon as Raman said his aunt said, "Bold.. Clean bold... He said right..!" Raman laughed as his uncle made faces.
"Now I should leave.. Bye." Raman bid bye to them and left from there.
