no sneha ..knowing cvs way of thinking. .it might be that pihu is taken to some specialist doctor who is obviously bribed by shagun who says they have to give in to every wish of pihu else the child will go into permanent shock so for her 'treatment' shagun will plan to shift to Australia and tell pihu to ask raman to leave ishita and come live with them..both idiots ishita and raman will agree to seperate pihu ke liye...and raman will move to Australia. ..
