In South Indian wedding
Mangalsutra
Sindoor then phere
It's after the thaali

With the thaali tying., the girl ideal sits on her father's lap..when the b groom ties the thaali..and all the guests shower blessings., its a mix of kanyadaan..and mangalsutra ritual..and is done during the 'muhurtam'...whereas in North indian weddings pheras are the most important ritual and done during the most auspicious time..

But yhm cvs will surely introduce drama during pheras because it's 'filmy' enough🥱🤢

In Tamil weddings if the groom tie the thaali itself they are considered as husband and wife.
Other rituals are performed as husband and wife.

I'm well aware of all the rituals. Thank you for the detailed information... North Indians will also know the rituals.

Serial ki duniya mein sindoor daan ho gaya... n mangalsutre bandh gaya toh shaadi ho gayi... they use the pheras for drama🤪
