Well as there is so much negativity in yhm... I got a negative vibe that is let's image mani and Raman agree for marriage but shagun does not want this... To stop this she tries to degrade aliya with mihir ...whatever...but end adi and aliya will be killed by shagun which will be seen by pihu... Later she will go to a shock..seeing her shagun mama doing bad stuff.. she will know ishita is her mother... But she will go into a shock.shwgun to get arrested. Later one year leap ishita and Raman together with pihu go to Australia for her treatment ...their honeymoon... Next once there are back ishita being pregnant and whole family pampering her...mani and simmi love story to start...

In which language will they understand that we want to watch ishra love story & not anyone else. Not at all adi alia. Cant watch them.

What is so difficult to understand when audience wants to see only ishita and raman?

Are they mentally retarded to show adi aliya pihu shagun mani etc.?
