Let me be honest here. I have been an IshRa lover for a long time. Even when the show lost its senses and turned to a mess. Because the original essence of the characters was such.

But NOW this whole idea of a typical Indian female lead who pokes her nose in every matter and flags every war herself, clearing every mess is getting overdone to the point that it makes bile rise up my throat🤢This show was realistic. The leading lady had a voice of reason she used timely. She had a job and an individual life. The male lead had a brain of his own, a rationale mind that knew how to choose between right and wrong, stand up for what was correct even if it meant going against his own people. He had a temper but he also had the sense to do the right.

NOW they show him wrong every time, the female lead thinking she's always right and her tempered husband incapable. She does everything alone, every fight whether related to her own self, him or family is only hers to fight. Basically the show is implying that the lady of the house is who can manage everything. She can single-handed save her husband from dying, her daughter from a terrorist attack, get custody, manage the business, the house, every drama that crops and the man of the house stands besides beaming proudly and thank her.

AND THAT is all bullshit. Because no family works that way. My house and every chore is handed by both my parents. Whether it's emotional needs, daily jobs, or financial tasks... it's never divided as a man or woman's job... it's everyone's to do. And none can do without the other.

My problem is now no longer just with Raman or Ishita. But just the pathetic picture they've created of a man and woman...in the year 2016 when equality is the damned need of the hour.

Coming to what you said -- I agree. Raman needs clinical help for his anger and tongue, Ishita needs some therapy too...to for once sit calm and not be a martyr. And the writers need to be admitted to the asylum😆

I don't understand the need for this Raman versus Mani at all. Don't understand the sudden need or proving how pathetic IshRa's relation is... and why Pihu's custody is put on the back burner. The most surprising is how Ishita and her bond is non existent and they've made no attempt to rectify that.

I'm sorry, just like you express your views, others express their views and opinions. And whether a person wants to continue to watch a show or doesn't want to amidst the crap; want to rant about a show or don't want to rant, is their personal choice, I believe. That should not be a problem to you or others,because this is an independent forum after all. In that case, we can also ask, why do you want to pay a heed to our rants right?
