According to btss law land's only shagun always law defamation is actionable per se(without proof)with effective and immediate arrest. Also it calls for immediate release of rapists and acid attackers and not to mention child abusers

Why aren't ishra and inspector abhishek using a brilliant plan to expose shaguns involvement in ishita's kidnap..wasn't one of the goons wives ishita's friend?..can't thry use her for some drama to get the truth out😕...can't thry show cctv footage fro, nidhis flat to show shagun went there regularly. .can't thry show police station records to show who bailed nidhi out...i mean us the police only there to arrest ..interrogate and then show solidarity with bhalla family members when thry cry and plead...🤢..

Of all possible tracks leading to pihu coming bavk to ishra..cvs decide to choose this one..which is another round of humiliation for ishra and kids..shagun smirkimg..and mani becoming dumber🤢

Logically ashok nidhi shagun trio cab behind the bars with simple investigation like u said they can chk their phn records too..BT then how will they drag it. ??How will b ishra in trouble continuously.?? ..who will plan against ishra continuously..??

Pb, Ishita 's kidnapping track is completely forgotten now. Now that Ishra are together, they could have shown an investigation about Anil's letter. Nothing logical. They are hell bent on showing Ishra dumb to keep their favourite on lime light.

I am hoping..a tiniest bit of hope.🥱.that the kids are kept away from public humiliation for a dirty accusation like this. .but i will certainly change channels if cvs decide to go that route..adi, ruhi and pihu being told that their father is so cheap..etc etc...

I am kinda sure that will happen though..that's cvs fav game. .use kids as pawns and get them face things kids their age shouldn't. .

The humiliation to a couple like ishra aside...both who can never do something. .even can't think of something as dirty...cvs are surely going to give us loads of insults being heaped on them ...esp raman...but.this crap can get super ugly if the kids are not kept away...🥱
