Raman went to iyer mansion and saw his father standing near the car along with ishita worriedly.he made a dirty face seeing ishita ,but ignored her and went to Mr bhalla and said-papa,i am going for an interview,bless me that I could get the job.he said touching his feet.
Mr bhalla blessed him and said-raman puttar,ek kaam kar de mera.
Raman-ji Papa.
Mr bhalla- ishita puttar ki gaadi kharab ho gayi hai,tu usse college chod dega.
Raman-main,kyun.nahi I don't have time for anyone.i am getting late for the interview.
Ishita-raman,please drop me to college just today.mujhe aapse bahut zaruri baat karni hai.
Raman-sorry miss iyer, but mujh gareeb ki bike ki aukaat nahi aapko baithne ki.he was saying when Mr bhalla said-raman,whats this.yeh kaun saa tareeka hai baat karne ka.ishita puttar mr iyer ki beti hai.aur woh mere boss hai.
Raman-I know but that doesn't mean that I am also their servant.main kahin nahi chodne wala aapki ishita madam ko.i am going.he said making a face and went.
Mr bhalla was again about to stop him when ishita said-let it be uncle,maine apni friend ko bula liya hai.i will go with her waise bhi aaj raman ka interview hai,unhe jaane dijiye.she said humbly while raman settled on his bike and ride away.
Mr bhalla- sorry puttar ji,i don't know why he is so rude with u.
Ishita-it's ok uncle ji,meri friend aa gayi.i am going.saying so she went and sat in her friend mihika's car.
Mihika-kya hua,aaj phir tune raman se lift leni chahi and he denied.
Ishita nodded in yes.
Mihika-yaar,yeh raman khud ko samjhta kya hai.tujhse baat bhi nahi karta.from many days u want to talk to him but he is not listening to u.
Ishita-it's not his fault miku.maine uska dil toda tha,uski feelings ka mazaak udaya tha,and now he is punishing me.mujhe hi samajhne mein der lag gayi that feelings r over financial status.she said smiling meekly and looked outside remembering the happenings of last year.
Ishra were always in good terms since childhood,raman had feelings for ishita but he never got courage to propose her ,but last year on Valentine's day Raman proposed ishita after much courage but she denied saying they r class apart.not only denied but insulted him infront of her friends making Raman heartbroken.
After that day,raman start working hard to get a good job so that he can take away his family away from ishita and her family.in the meanwhile ishita realised her feelings for him,she tried to apologize for her rude behavior but he never give her a chance to apologize.slowly raman became too rude for her.
Ishita-(st)I am so sorry raman,maine tumhara dil dukhaya but please ek baar meri baat sunoo.ek baar mujhe apne dil ki baat karne do,please mujhse dur mat jao,please raman.she said to herself while tears made way down her cheek.
On the other hand Raman was riding his bike and thinking- kyun woh mera peecha nahi chodti.ek baar toh mera dil tod chuki hai ab kya chahti hai.i know she want to insult me more but this time I will let her make fun of me.bas ek baar mujhe yeh naukari mil jaaye phir uss ishita se aur uski duniya se itni dur chala jaaunga ki woh chah kar bhi mera dil nahi dukha payegi.he was thinking and reached the company soon.
In the evening,ishita reached her house only to see raman standing with bhallas.
Mr iyer- I am so proud of u Raman,atlast u got the job.
Ishita got happy hearing this .she was going to congratulate him but stopped in mid hearing him.
Raman saw ishita coming and said-yes ,aakhir mujhe naukari mil hi gayi,PRD international mein CEO ki.175000 salary hai ,aur teen mahine mein Australia jaana hai.
Mr iyer- Australia??
Raman-yes,mujhe unlogon ne apni apni company ka CEO banaya hai,it will be under their MD's supervision.i am so happy,bas three months ki ka work experience India mein aur phir main hamesha ke liye Australia ja raha hoon.he said looking at ishita smirking.
Ishita heart skip a beat thinking he is going.
Mr iyer saw ishita and said-arey ishu,suna tumne raman Australia jaa raha hai.ab raman bada aadmi ban gaya hai.
Raman-ofcourse ,ab main bada aadmi ho gaya hoon.lijiye ishita maam,muh meetha kijiye,aapki pasand ki mithai hai.saying so he make her eat the sweet forcefully.his eyes were glaring her with anger while ishita was looking at him pleadingly.
Raman ignored her pleading eyes and went to Mr iyer- uncle,i want to take maa Papa along with me.it will be good if u can give Papa retirement from the job.ab main unhe sirf aaram dena chahta hoon.saara kaam ab sirf main karunga.
Mr iyer-ofcourse,mr bhalla jab chahe jaa sakte hai.but first let me search new driver for ishita.u know naa I can't trust anyone for her.bhalla ji ke saath meri ishu safe rehti hai,i think u can give that much time to me.
Raman look at ishita and said-sure uncle.saying so he thanked mr iyer and went out while ishita was just looking at his retreating figure.
Mr and Mrs iyer was praising raman while ishita ran to her ran and start crying throwing herself on the bed.
Ishita-I know Raman,Maine bahut galat kiya but please listen to me once.iss tarah mujhe chod kar mat jao.i really live u,unn badmashiyon ke beech ,unn chote chote palon ke beech Jo humne saath guzare,pata hi nahi chala kab tumse pyaar ho gaya.mujhe pata hi nahi chala ki kab acting karte karte main sach much tumse pyaar karne lagi.yeh ehsaas toh tab hua jab tumhari aankhon mein khud ke liye itni nafrat dekhi.i can't see hatred in ur eyes for me Raman,please forgive me.she said to herself and continued crying.
At eight ,helps called ishita for dinner.she went down and had a very little food.
Mrs iyer-what happened ishu,r u fine.aankhen be red hai,koi problem hai.
Ishita-no amma,just tummy thoda upset hai,soch rahi hoon thoda walk kar loon.
Mrs iyer-ok kanna,thodi der walk kar lo,phir doodh pee kar so jaana.
Ishita nodded and came out of her mansion.unknown to her,het feet moved towards his house.shs saw them celebrating Raman's success ,toshiji has made his favourite butter chicken,they were enjoying their dinner.ishita too want to go and join them but somewhere she has lost that authority,to celebrate his success,to smile with him.
Ishita-shayad yahi meri saza hai ki main sirf tumhe dekh kar khush rahun,tumhari khusiyon mein shaamil na ho paun.shw said sadly and turn to go back.
She took few steps when she heard-bura toh bahut lag raha hoga naa.
Ishita turned and saw him standing in front of her keeping his hands in his jacket's pocket.
He came closer and said-I know u must be feeling bad that u can't play with me anymore,coz I am going away from u.tumse itni dur jaa raha hoon ishita ki tum kya tumhara saaya bhi mujh tak pahunch nahi payega.
Ishita-raman listen to me once.
Raman showed his palm and said-no ishita not this time.bahut bewakoof bana liya tumne mujhe,bahut khel liya mere emotions ke saath,but not this time.
Ishita's eyes got moist hearing this,she said meekly- I truly love u Raman.
Raman-please ishita,ab nahi vishwas kar sakta tum par.tum apna vishwas kho chuki ho.main ab woh Purana raman nahi raha jisse tum bewakoof bana sako.jisse hans kar yeh vishwas dilao diya that u loved me.and like an idiot when I proposed u I get to know it was just a damn bet.mere emotions ki kya keemat lagayi thi ishita,500 yaa,1000.ek bet he liye tumne mere pyaar,mere dil yahan tak ke mere astitva ko chaknachur kar diya.i hate u miss ishita iyer,i hate u to the moon and back.he said making a dirty face.
Ishita-please Raman,i am sorry.galti ho gayi mujhse,samajh nahi paayi that I really love u,please forgive me Raman.she said crying.
Raman turned his face and said-sorry miss ishita iyer but now these tears don't make any difference.main jaa raha hoon,tumse dur,tumhari duniya se dur,tumhare iss dikhawe se dur.he said and turned to go.while ishita crushed on the ground crying bitterly.
