Hello friends! Well I'm back with the first chapter of my fan fiction 'Tere Liye Hum Hain Jeeye' and I'm hoping that it'll be as gladly received as the introduction was!

Now for your convenience and for you people to understand the narrative better; I shall lay out to you the storyline! I'm sorry for taking up your time but I just want you people to know what I'm trying to depict through my work! Ok so cut to the chase:

Tere Liye Hum Hain Jeeye traces the journey of Ishita: a barren woman; ridiculed by society who finds solace with Raman. Raman showers her with unconditional love and as their arranged match makes its transition to love; she finds it increasingly difficult to live without him. The sort of obsessive love she has for him; compels her to do something which separates them ... !!

The question now remains whether they would reunite or will Ishita's blind love throw her into the pits?

Chapter One

Curled up in bed; Ishita Iyer silently sobbed to herself. It would be such a joyous occasion for any other girl but here; this girl didn't even have the audacity any longer to dream let alone believe this could become her reality. It was a couple of years back, on the eve of her engagement, that Subbu broke off their alliance. All those promises of loving her, supporting her in all times good or bad went flying right out the window with the revelation of a truth which no matter how much she craved; she couldn't change! Had he cared for her pleas, had he bothered to sit down and console the woman he claimed to love ... It was then that Ishita Iyer lost faith in love and relationships. She had therefore, no intentions of getting out her bed and decking up for a guy.

With a tear in her eye and a burden on her heart she dozed off only to be woken by her mother who seemed certain that this alliance would surely work out. Forcing a smile, dragging her feet, Ishita came out her room to be greeted by her suitor...
