What realtion raman and ishita have

If ruhi is their daughter so why ishita and raman recognised each other

Poor ishita is in so much pain

She got fever😭

Raman was lost in ishitas beauty😳

He is thinking to leave her back

So ruhi is 2 months only raman loves her so much
