We did not see Suraj after leap ! Is he dead in the process to save Ishita ?
Whole story is not known to Ishita, as I feel she was in Coma or senseless for the time being.
Ishita could not leave Mani because of his health issues, for which she was responsible.
I have a feeling Ashook had some hand on Ishita suicide incident.
What exactly happened on that day, nobody knows.
Not sure when they will show that complete scene of Ruhi/Pihu exchange and Ishita suicide track.

they shown ishita going to suicide n ashok,suraj saw n felt happy n left her like tat n suddenly mani came there n saw her n saved her n she is in lost mind crying n said to mani y u saved even death don't comes to me n she just ran aimlessly n she was running on road n mani ran after her n running vehicle came opposite n mani pushed her n vehicle went over mani's legs n he got paralyzed n cut next scene mani is in bed paralyzed n ishita taking care of mani n his niece aliya in aus,looked after his business n working dentist she looked after mani n aliya n after many surgeries mani able to walk now after 7 yrs.
