So this is where the audience starts to wish that the judge really had retired before this case.. Which sane judge would really let Ruhi go back to Nimrit ? Is she planning to have 24 hour protection for Ruhi all her life?

Cv's are hell bent to show utter non sense firstly Raman being tied up to say sry to romi and now this judge stating dat she will give Ruhi's custody to Nidhi who herself is a criminal and so many cases like running away from jail and faking d identity for these many years are there if we leave kidnapping hail cv's sp and Ekta for this wonderful logic isse toh acha hein Ruhi Pihu aur Adi bhaag jaye ghar se atleast d children will be at peace away from all this bull shit and d so called asli maa who is d reason for all this crap isn't questioned even once but y?? Shldnt bhalla's and iyer's have questioned her instead of fighting among them? Vandu who always stands to bite back Simmi and toshiji didn't even ask Shagun y she did this with her kid?

i know they are showing all sort of ridiculous things now a days. But from judges's point of view they have somehow justified her thought process. Ruhi has proved in court that it was not kidnap but she was given whole heartedly by her parents to Nidhi/Nimrit. It was Ishita who took Ruhi to cliff and handed her to Nidhi and everybody in the bhalla family was ok with that. And Nidhi is not abusing her but just scolding her like how parents/guardiand scold thier kid. Ruhi has already said in front of judge that she dont want to live with a dysfunctional family like that of bhallas and want to staty with he maam. And i m not sure if Nidhi has any criminal case against her in India and on top of that she is an australian citizen now.

Remember Nidhi was arrested in gambling case before she came to India?? If not kidnapping she has a criminal record of running away from jail and faking identity as nimrit these many years wouldn't they counte as criminal activities?
