This has put me off completely , it's sooo unbelievable , even in la la land no judge would give the custody to a kidnaper ... this is so lame , a beautiful story has just become a mockery of law and the biggest irony is that it's a number one show ...

Man it's so weird

Like the child abuse, child bullying (per OLVS & history of Aliya - Shravan), etc...most SP shows if they touch on these issues do it half delicately but then we have #1 YHM that shows a judge saying an abuser is a better option than emancipation of a child with a lot of money, giving her custody to someone like Mihir, or sending her anywhere else really...
