Nidhi herself has changed her name and nationality and so with Ruhi. In the police records, both Nidhi & Ruhi are dead 7 years ago. So to fight the custody case, Ishra first will have to establish that she is Ruhi, their daughter and only after that they can proceed further.

I have a feeling this might end up like ruhi custody part 1..where the parents had to show they were together to b fight a legal battle to v get their child. ..i remember..shagun had called the judge home when ishita was at iyer house during param track.. and she ca n e over to bhallas. . And behaved as if all was well..

I would have liked this Ruhi keliye ishita staying in bhalla house wen this shagun Raman marriage drama wouldn't HVE hppnd... Inspite of saying that his marriage wit ishita is invalid n almost getting married to shagun & blah blah he's not feeling bad or guilty n happily getting his back massaged from ishita etc etc I'm feeling somewhat awkward although I like ishita Raman romantic scenes.. Just my PoV I don't how many wil feel like me... I don't know if there was any apologising scene from Raman or not if this massaging etc r al after that then it's slightly better but without that I feel really disappointed
