Raman in Jan 2015

was watching this scene today were Raman was consoling ishita wen she was crying n saying that i'll always b sauteli maa for d kids raman's ru mad u r not sauteli maa u r ishimaa tum bhool gayi mummy tumhe kya bulati hai tumhe yashoda maiyaa tum wahi Ho mere bachchon keliye😊 Tum sauteli maa nahi ishimaa ho aur tumhe EK kitaab likha chahiye acchi sauteli maa,panne bhar jayenge par kahaani khatham nahi hogi😊😊

Raman now- May 2016

What else do you expect? Raman is the ultimate villain and bali ke bakra in YHM. In fact TRP runner YHM survives on Raman committing kaands and then repenting and asking forgiveness for his "sins"; and fans bash the character and to some extent the actor too as the collateral damage. 😆

Aren't we all molded by circumstance? Between then and now ... There has been a big catastrophe in their lives.. in the form of the death of their child..and Raman's guilt in thinking his words led to Ishita committing suicide . and then only to realize she's alive but chose to stay away from him, their kids( Pihu who was a newborn that time) and their families .. He also thinks she's moved on with her best friend and has set up a family of her own with Aliya calling them Amma and Appa ...

So yes as harsh as Raman calling her those words feels... They are just not random if you try to see it from his perspective. He is wrong in saying what he has been and will pay for it.. But from his vantage point .. Ishita by choosing to stay away consciously from all her loved ones, especially the kids .. Has betrayed him and the kids...and it hurts him Hence he's lashing out.

So it's not so black and white. His words are wrong .. But emotions are true.

But.. no one will understand the change and term it as his hurt and pain, while they are not ready to understand Ishita's POV and her pain.

Everything has limit, and his hurt and pain of so called betrayal of Ishita crossed limit and became a revenge game for Ishita.. Funny thing is, he may also think that Ishita left him for Mani. Not impossible for Raman to think like that really.

His anger could have been excepted till a point if his guilt has been shown that he led Ishita to go away from him, but he doesn't seem to repent or feel guilty for that. He was shown as shattered and sad for that Ishu left him, but not guilty😲.

Kisi bhi daily soap ke dukaan bandh ho jayege agar villain na ho toh. Saccharine sweet can't fetch you trp alone, it needs its antagonist to make a mark on viewers minds. Needless to say, Raman is the main villain of YHM.

Ishita accepted him and will accept him in spite of his accusing words, because deep down she knew he loves her very much.

That's how their relationship was shown right from the beginning. Ishita is one educated woman, who can live alone. But she always chose to live with him in spite of his tantrums, not out of majboori but heart fully.

As a viewer, I want raman to apologize not for his emotions but his words. And they are the perfect opposite poles, who get attracted to each other, no matter what

Neither of them is so mahaan, that they don't deserve the other:)

I wish cv would have not given sauteli ma , bhanjj etc type of dialogues to Raman. I dont support Raman words but his anger is totally justified. Love which was meant for Adi and pihu was showered to aliya for 7 years. I dnt buy excuse that its all becz of Raman harsh words that she did nt return. Who uderstand Raman better than Ishita. When pihu will come to knw that ishita is her real mamma. Will she nt ask why she did nt enquired about her all these years.

Raman is given such horrible dialogues so that audience could feel ishita pain and does not blame her for not informing her family.

In sab mai bechare Raman ko bali ka bakra banaya

@bold.. who understand Ishita more than Raman? He knows, what hurts her most. Still, he did the honor by saying those words. And, you expect a woman to just forget everything which raised question of her womanhood, motherhood and as a human, and come back to the same person easily 😲??? That's why CVs are successful in showing Ishita as a receiving end, but not giving back.

Her only mistake was not informing to her family which is not justified. Otherwise, her 7 years staying away is justified cos she had to repent for Mani's condition and she made him walk back again.
