TUJHE JEENA HAI MERE BINA

( a little emotional it is pardon me for that)
She was sitting in front of the vanity table being decked up with makeup n jewellery to be dressed like a doll for her big day...yes it was her big day it was her wedding after all n that too to the man of her dreams...yes it was a Love marriage totally happening with the consent of both the parties even his parents were happy all were happy she was also happy yet unhappy hmmm she was unhappy because she missed her...her mother on her special day n why not it is every daughters dream to be helped dressed up as a bride by her mother her mother showering all the love of the world on her exclaiming that she's the world's most beautiful bride n taking off all evil eyes from her the laughter the happiness n those tears the pain of separation from the piece of her heart whom she would have brought up for 24 years now
alas that was not the case with her...her papa had been her mom n dad both but he could never replace her mother although she had not spent much time with her mother only two days to be precise but she had always felt that she would be charismatic to have a man like her father fall for her that too so badly that he misses her like hell even after 24 years of her death!!
yes she had left the world her heaven 24 years ago to rest in another one which was always less than the heaven her mother was living in she was sure
she often thought how cruel god had been to the two of them both didn't got the time to know each other her mother never got the chance to see her only born grow up in front of her eyes n she never got to grow friends with her mother like all the girls of her age
she missed her n may be her mother missed her too...she didn't knew
her father had always told her that her mother loved her a lot he used to narrate her animated stories about her when she was a child n used to miss her mumma how beautiful her mother was inside out her bravery,her simplicity everything all he had wished his daughter to inherit from her mother n may be she had got all those with her birth
her father always used to say she's a total replica of her mother whenever she used to dress up in her mother's saree
she had witnessed his pain all these years without her n the intense n complaining look in his eyes when he used to talk to her mother's pic at night when he believed no one was noticing but he never knew his daughter knew him that much to know
tears rolled down her cheeks as she saw her picture placed on her side table right in front of her eyes
her papa she smiled in between her tears how he knows her so well he knew she would need her at this moment n so he had placed it there
it was her wedding pic she admired how beautiful she looked dressed up as a bride no wonder her dad was head over heels in love with her she had known what love actually is from her dad only
her dad meant the definition of the word love to her this was love pure n unending that lasted even after her death love that made her dad romance his wife's photographs when she was gone
she wondered if her husband would love her like this ever!!!
may be she was not as lucky as her mother to get such pure love in her life or her mother was unlucky to be forced to leave a living heaven like her father would have given her
her trance was broken when her father entered the room dressed up in a royal blue sherwani a brooch adorning it coupled with the pink turban on his head making him look like a bride's father
she stood up from the stool she had been sitting in till now n motioned the assistants to go out
"papa" she called out to him in a slow voice
he was crying yes he was after all it is not easy to part away with someone whom you have cherished throughout your life like a treasure n hand it to someone else like that especially when it is the sole reason of your existence
his wife's death had shattered him but their daughter had been his reason to live all these years without her she reminded him of her being a complete replica of her mother
"don't cry papa...you are being girly" she said to him n both laughed
he made her sit on a couch n knelt down in front of her
"I have always told you that your mumma loves you but today I am going to tell you the truth she loved you more than anything even more than me that's why she chose you over me...don't think that I don't love you or I feel bad that she didn't went for an abortion n continued the risky pregnancy which ended up taking her life because I got you...my second love"
he kissed her forehead
"papa loves you beta n will always love you n today I want to give you your wedding gift"
he got up n gave a CD to her asking her to play it she looked at him questioningly but played it
the screen glowed with her mother's face she looked at her dad who just asked her to look at the screen
"hey ruhi...my princess
(shocked...was expecting it to be ishita?)
My baby has turned so big today so big that she's getting married
m so sorry bachcha I am not there to fulfill a mother's responsibility although i know your papa would have brought you up much better than me still there is something only a mother can explain you know girl to girl talk she said with a smile making them smile too
marriage is a big responsibility bachcha...relations are very fragile handle them with all your love n care try to keep them together always remember that a woman is the string that keeps everything n everyone bound together in a family love your family n they will return your love numerous times just like my family gave me
ok no more senti talks its your big day n i don't want to ruin your make-up
m sure my ruhi would always do the right n make her dad proud of his upbringing n me too

she blew a kiss to both n the screen got blank
she wished it would have stayed longer but alas the father daughter hugged n consoled each other as they were soon called for the wedding
she walked over to the new beginning of her life holding her papa's hand just like her first day at school equally nervous or may be more
soon the rituals began n she was married she was someone's wife now Mrs.Ruhi Ishaan Arora
she hugged n cried in her dad's arms n soon left him bidding him a bye for her new life
he was happy n sad both at the same time happy for his daughter to have got such a good life partner n sad because he missed his he was left alone again
he picked up her picture from his bed side recalling all their happy moments till now
how both had met for the first time n fell for each other their marriage their happy moments together in every corner of the room his life was no less than heaven n how her pregnancy had only added to it
he recalled how excited he was that he failed to notice she was risking her life to put his dream of having his daughter in his arms to life
he still remembers how the doctor had told him right after ruhi's birth that she had only a few hours with her his world had crashed down n he was not even given the time to complain n argue with her about the same as she was going...away from him...so far that he couldn't even see her from a distance let alone feel n touch her

she had given him numerous recordings of hers as messages or a compensation but were they enough to fill the void in his life?
he felt someone caressing his forehead it was a gentle touch n how can he fail to reacognise her touch...yes it was her.his ishita
dressed in a white churidaar she was sitting by his bedside caressing his forehead he just looked at her without blinking his eyes or saying anything feeling the moment
"kya dekh rahe ho...je tum budhdhe ho gaye aur mai abhi bhi waise hi hoon...afsoos ho raha hai?"
(are you feeling bad that you have grown old n m still the same are you regretting your old age?)
"bahut afsos ho raha hai ishi bahut..." he managed to say
m regretting this old age of mine without you...he cried in her arms
she just let him be n patted his back
"why did you told ruhi that i love her more than you?" she asked him after a while
"don't lie ishita...you love her more that's why you did all that"
"no raman I love you more see even after dying I am here with you in your arms I gave you a living ishita before going only because I love you...I love you beyond anything else in the world I never got the chance to touch my daughter but I am holding you in my arms never ever say that I don't love you" she instructed him
n he just nodded closing his eyes feeling her around him which has been his sleeping pill for the last 24 years without her...

yes was really shocked coz i thought that bride is ishita but it cum her RUHI
it was lovely feelings were described beautifully ishita complained him that she loved her was really sweet
