Waise adi supporting ishima is very sweet ,he knows why his shagun mamma is interested in marrying his papa ,he even convey the same to shagun N bechari ki ijjat rah jayegi uska beta v uski paiso N luxury ki weakness janta HAI.

The point is whether Adi blackmails Raman or not, is Raman ready to marry Shagun? The thing is Raman wants to irritate or hurt Ishita. He himself doesn't want to marry shagun.
