I have read a post abt Ishita been shown the mirror so I decided that I should come up with a post of Raman shown the mirror.
I do agree Ishita should have informed her family abt her being alive but she didnt run off with Mani. According to what was shown Ishita was so distraught on losing her daughter and being blamed for her death it drove her to suicide. Like someone mentioned when Raman abused Ishita no one stood up for her be it the Bhallas or Iyers. How did she even get the opportunity to try to kill herself with such a loving supporting family. After news of Ruhi's death no one bothered to check up on Ishita, where she was or where she went. Why wasnt amma consoling her daughter then.
Back to my topic
Firstly, Raman accused Ishita for being a step mom by choosing Her baby over Ruhi. Ishita was against this kids swap. She did the right thing by informing the police. Since Nidhi & Ruhi are still alive we can assume that Nidhi had a plan of escaping.This fake death could be a plan of Nidhi's as she would have been a wanted person if she & Ruhi escaped from there alive. It irrelevant that ACP turned out to be so useless. Raman would have lost Ruhi anyways. He was watching everything unfold from a distant. He didn't or couldn't do anything about it.
Secondly, Raman never took any responsibilty in Ruhi's so called death. He put the entire blame on Ishita and that hasnt changed 7 years later. He spat venom 7 years ago is still dishing it out at present as per yesterday's precap. By mentioning that Bala's mom was right about Ishita & her being manhoos & baanj. He never accepted that it was his hurtful words that made Ishita decide to end her life.
Thirdly, He has not told Pihu who her real mom is because then he would have to explain how he threw her mum out of the house and she committed suicide. There is no point is doing a devdas act by getting drunk & crying for Ishita when you have not allowed your family to mourn their beloved daughter-in-law. If Ishita has really died and after all she did for the Bhallas & Raman she at least deserved the status of being called a beloved departed member of the Bhalla Family. He drowns his sorrow in alcohol but his family isnt allowed to show their sorrow.
Fourthly, He has wronged the Iyers. They have a right on their grand daughter as well but all we see is everytime Raman sees the Iyers he verbally abuses them. He encourages his mum to do so as well.
Fifthly, If Romi is involved in criminal dealings it is because Raman continuously taunted him. He got his parents to disown Romi. Raman even blamed Romi for the baby getting kidnapped.
Sixthly, Raman like Romi mentioned is responsible for Nidhi entering his life. We can share this blame with Toshiji as well.
Another very important thing that should be remembered is that no matter how much we may dislike Mani standing in between Ishra now , Mani is ultimately responsible for their being Ishra.
Raman gets praised for showing 5 minutes of happiness in finding out Ishita being alive while Mani gets dissed even after saving Ishita's life.
N.B. Mani was not right in how he treated Adi yesterday. it could be clearly seen that he transferred his anger for Raman on Adi. He is justified on being angry with Raman. He did lead a strong woman like Ishita to suicide. I am not a Mani supporter. I whole heartedly support Ishra.
That is my take on things.
