Shagun always had a place in Bhalla's house because of the kids..Ishita place is because of Raman..and if he kicked her out..what right does she even have as she did not give birth to any of Raman's kids. The only wrong I feel is not informing her parents that she is alive. She does believe that she is bad omen, not fit to be a mother..

Your points are logical , and make sense . Whether I agree or not is a different thing . For me Ishita and Raman , both are bad parents , as someone rightly put , " my pain , my sorrow , my guilt " , that's what both always thought , if I was Ishita , I would have fought with Raman rather then taking in , what he said , I would have fought for my dignity , I would have not left my children and my parents ... I would have left Raman , yes most definitely . I don't see Ishita and Raman as good parents , they are great lovers , Laila Majno , Romeo Juliet , eternal love etc etc etc ... But they are not a good example of being a good parent and they are definitely not good children to their own parents too ... I love their characters , but they are not Angels , their mistakes are too many , and they need to understand and except their flaws.
