DIVYANKA TRIPATHI GETS HER NOSE PIERCED FOR YE HAI MOHABBATEIN!

Divyanka Tripathi who is currently seen playing the role of Ishita Bhalla on STAR Plus' on-going show, Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, recently got her nose pierced for the show. As the show has taken a leap of 10 years, Divyanka decided to make her look more real.

The daredevil woman of the television industry has managed to surprise her fans yet again with her new stunt. The show has taken a leap of 10 years and Divyanka will be playing mother to older children. Initially for her look, the creative head wanted her to use a bindi on her nose but looks like Divyanka had better plans.

"I have got my nose pierced for the show. My creative head, Sandip, wanted me to look like Wahida Ji in Teesri Kasam. He asked me to put a bindi on my nose as he felt it would look really elegant for my character. Going by his conviction, I took a major decision of getting my nose pierced," said Divyanka.

In spite of being afraid of piercing she decided to get one for the love of the show. She adds, "It was a tough decision. I psyched myself thinking that it would be like an injection shot. To my shock, it felt like a horse's injection. Now, I'm loving my look and the extra attention from my inamorato (someone special)."

TFS. What is so special there in piercing nose of a woman to write news articles elaborating every bit about it? 😕 Even the star value hardly makes it fathomable. And the lines "I took a major decision of getting my nose pierced"...is it just me or the article sounds really unintentionally funny?? 😕😕

Personally i don't like it on her but it was her choice so...
The fact is dt has always been very media friendly so nothing new in this,we can choose to ignore or take interest because we admire her as an actress or a dedicated fan.

Is it so simple of tagging it as just "media friendly"? Don't think so. Being " very media friendly" and trying hard to be in limelight all the time are two entirely different things. SRK is very media friendly, likes the limelight but he absolutely loathes such over indulgence. It's all about class, pov and smartness too. PR thing sometimes overkills everything.

I appreciate cos she was directed to stick only bindi..In this modern trend no one like to pierce the nose..but she did..Even every one are interested to look young after leap..but i found mr and mrs. Iyer very apt.I appreciate neena and abhay sir also..
