It's supposed to be Raman and Ishita's baby unless Anda chor 😆 Dr Manoj decided to fertilize Shagun's eggs with his sperm and implanted them in Shagun ... Because Ruhi and Pihu are lookalikes.. It can either be from Shagun's genes or Raman's genes?
