According to the reports, Divyanka Tripathi aka Ishita of 'YHM" earns 80k to 1 lakh per episode

Kam karti nahi kam karwana jata hai...for all Bahus/FL.
Baat yeh hai ke yeh koyi mazduri thodi na ha jo kaam ke hisab se paisa milega. Tab toh cast n crew should be paid more than the actors.

Gender gap doesn't exist in telly industry, it's the market value of the actors. Shakshi Tanwar earns 2 lacs per day, most for a tv actor of all gender. Mona Singh earns 1.25 lacs per day. Highest paid male tv actor is Ram Kapoor, he earns 1.5 lacs per day. Next is KP and Ronit Roy.
