A beautiful update Anku

I have told you so many times how I love this track and was let down by our splendid cvs

To me this was the finest and rawest portrayal of Raman by KP - like if India had an Emmy and he could send his clips award - I would ask him to send this scene for the submission good.

This was by far the ugliest night of this marriage, till that stage and deserved far better treatment and respect than it got...

I love how you have flipped this situation a little here while keeping the undertones the same.

Raman didnt mean to force himself upon Ishita to get his way with her physically, his need was more visceral at that point - he wanted his wife all to himself, he wanted intimacy, he wanted her to want him and that's what you have managed to convey here and you have managed to do it beautifully 👏

Cant wait to see whats up ahead here

Thanks so much for saying that, makes all the effort worth it. This was a complex turn in the story and should have rather made them than break them. It didn't break them but it ruined the intensity of each of their emotions. I am going to try and balance out both their emotions here. Conversation is the key to everything, which they never had. 😊

I think even on the show, Raman wanted to claim Ishita only because he was fearing losing her to Mani and didn't know better. He was ready to let her go at one point and then couldn't take that she would actually leave if he let her. I don't and can't believe he would have ever crossed a line.The writers didn't even try encroaching the plot by showing him lament or think what he did and why he did. And they made it more miserable when Ishita lapped it all up. I am just hoping to give a good end to a track in my mind, that could have been the best but ended up being the worst 🥱

I am hoping I can do justice when I finally conclude it. Thanks so so much for commenting 🤗

I've read few really awesome stories on this sequence ...but this has to be the best for me now...I was like watching the show while reading this...the emotions..so fitting...so predictable...wish they could show a 1 percent of what you've depicted here!
I always feel we never get a proper conversation bw the couple to give any track a proper closure ...yes it is always the lack of communication that led us to frustrate over this show time and again and yet we viewers can easily relate to such intense writing and connect it with IshRa..
you know Why? Because they are portrayed by DivAn ...yhm is blessed to have DivAn as IshRa...they don't have to do much with the scripts...all they do with their terrific expressions and body language...they don't say the dialogues, their eyes do, they speak volumes!
if it was not for DivAn, I am not sure if I could say the emotions you've depicted display IshRa infront of me or simply NOT!

I think I've said this before. But you're one of the few people I really wait for to comment. You always give me an insight into my work that maybe I can't see while I write. Helps me do better, so thank you for always being there to give feedback. 😃

And I agree, every relation needs communication. Without conversations there can never be any clarity, trust or bond and IshRa never got one decent such talk ever. This was one episode that needed to be followed by a confrontation. They were both at their weakest moments and facing their darkest nightmares, if this wasn't the moment or track that could heal them, what would?

I always wanted to write on this, but wasn't brave enough. And honestly it wasn't easy writing on this concept. IshRa are complex and so layered, that its scary. I am just glad I didn't put any of you off to sleep with the exhaustive narration 😆

Raman and Ishita's characters at this point in time in the story (show) were bursting for some kind of release and it came one and a half year later in the form of this fic. I can't even tell you , as an IshRa fan how emotionally satisfying it is to read something like this..these two parts were brilliantly written 👏
Loved the second part a little more ...love ,care , concern, desire, pain , hurt, fear, disgust , anger ...you made them go through every one of these emotions, taking the readers along with you. I love how you made them oscillate between wanting to give in , lay bare their feelings and retreating back into their shells. It was wrenching as well as satisfying.

I am sooo looking forward to the final part of this story.

Anjuuu my samdhan ji 🤗 Kitne papad bele that you finally read and commented. I feared my writing or story was way too boring and that's why you were avoiding it And I really hope it wasn't. I understand we're getting detached now, but we also know that this phase of IshRa can never really leave us. So I hope managed to stir a little something so that you do come back to read what i write 😆

Well that night was the crux of everything IMO. They were undergoing the deepest and darkest fears they had to...facing the worst of their life and their relation even. They should have come out of it affected but still healed...they came out looking like jokers. I am just glad that in my own little way I can put to rest the nonsense they did on the show post this scene 😆
