If this happens for Ruhi, it would be open-and-shut case; but also a kind of self-defense. Police was also there; it would be easy to rescue Ishita from murder charges. only one lawyer isn't capable to solve this anyone can do that. We would get something else I guess.

I think some terrorist entered the school premises to hide from police and when police came he in defence got hold of ruhi and threatened to kill her if police comes near him or don't let him free from there.
