Ishita was running... some goons were following her... she hides behind the truck and calls raman...
Ishita: raman...
Raman: ishita... kahan ho??? Mein ne kaha tha tum kahian nahe jaogi... Yaar kuch to khayal karo... pregnant ho...
Ishita cries..
Listening to her cries raman gets tensed... : what happened ishita.. are you fine??? tell me
Ishita: raman... shagun di...
Raman: haan... ishita kiya???
Ishita: I know who killed shagun di... They are after me...
Raman: kahan ho is waqt...
Ishita tell him the address.. raman assure her that he will be there... Ishita was so afraid... she sits and places her hand on her tummy...
Ishita: baby... be brave... mumma apko kuch nahe hone dain gi... papa arahy hain... are you fine na...
Ishita wipes her tears... and waits for raman... She was sitting... when someone holds her shoulder.. she thinks its raman but to her misfortune it's the killer who killed shagun...
Man: ab kahan jaogi... you have to die...
Ishita cries... she thinks about her baby and raman... She tries to run away but the man tightens the holds... he pushes her making her head hit with the truck... she bleeds... he aims gun at her... Her head was spinning... he shoots but misses as ishita collapses on floor and again her head hit with the huge stone... she holds her tummy making sure in unconscious state yet that her tummy does not hit the ground... this hit was terrible... blood oozes out...
Raman was reaches there... listening to the shoot runs towards the voice... the man runs... thinking that ishita is dead...
Raman gets shocked to see ishita in blood... he screams and runs towards her... take her head in his lap and cries... he takes her to hospital...
Hospital
Ishita was shifted to icu..
Doctor: mr bhalla..
Raman: yes doctor...
Doc: sign these papers...
Raman: what is this???
Doc: look... baby is too young we cant do premature delivery... we will try to save your baby but if we does not succeed, to save your wife life we have to abort the baby...
Raman gets shocked... mr iyer holds his shoulder.. and nods...
Raman: how can i???
Mr iyer: bhagwaan sab theek karain gay...
Doc: please sign.. time is running fast...
Raman signs the paper...
Doctor begins the operation...
Mr iyer: per ye sab kaise hua raman???
Raman: don't know appa... jab ghar aya to ishita ghar per nahe thi... phr uski call i.. usy shagun kay murderer ka pata chal gaya tha... aur wohi usy marna chahta tha...
Mr iyer: kiya jab tum yahan pohanchy thy to tumne kisi ko dekha tha???
Raman shook his head in negative...
Mr iyer: bhagwaan mein apni aik beti ko kho chukka hoon... dosri beti ko nahe kho sakta...
Raman: kuch nahe hoga ishita ko appa... mein us insaan ko nahe chooronga... jisne bhi ye sab kiya hai... he will get punished...
Raman was tensely seated on chair... he was praying to god to keep safe her wife and unborn child... Mr. iyer was sitting next to him. He tries to comfort raman... but his eyes were darted at door of icu...
Doctor comes out...
Raman: doctor.. my wife???
Doctor: my the grace of god.. we are able to save your wife and unborn child... now her pregnancy has become quite risky... you have to take good care of her and baby...
Raman: thanks doctor... sure... I will take care...
Doctor: raman... She has head injury... we have taken some test...
Raman: any serious problem???
Doctor: ye to jab unhain hosh ayega to pata chalye ga...
Raman prays...
Doctor leaves...
That night was very hard for raman.. he seated next to his love... seeing her angelic face... holds her hands and kisses them... raman ask mr iyer to go back to home.. amma will be worried... He sits on sofa and his eyes closed due to tiredness..
morning arrives with a new challenge to raman...
Ishita lays on hospital bed... slowly opens her eyes.. her head was paining... she holds her head and tries to sit... raman who was sleeping on near sofa.. Listening to noise gets up and gets happy to see his wife...
Raman: ishita...
Ishita sees raman...
Raman comes to her and make her sit adjusted the pillow... ishita jerks his hand and angrily sees him...
Ishita: how dare you touch me???
Raman gets shocked...
Raman: ishita...
Ishita: what are you doing here???
Raman: relax ishita... don't take stress... its not good for you and our baby...
Ishita: baby???
Raman: ishita kiya hogaya hai tumahin?? Don't you remember we are married...
Ishita: ye jhoot hai...
Raman takes her hand and places on her tummy... ishita sees the bump.. and gets shocked... she cries..
Raman hugs her...while she jerks him...
Ishita: how can I ???? you are a killer... you killed my sister shagun... how can I love you...
Raman gets shocked... and gets shattered to know that ishita lost her memory and she still believes that he is responsible for shagun death... Raman ask nurse to call doctor...
Raman: please ishita.. relax... He folds his hand.. and constantly ask ishita to not get hyper...
Doc comes and ask raman to wait outside...
Raman was walking tensely.. doctor comes and tell raman that ishita has lost her memory...
Raman was shocked to hear this... he calls mr iyer to come...
ROOM:
Ishita was sleeping... raman was sitting.. mr and mrs iyer comes...
Mr iyer: raman...
Raman: appa... ishita bhool gayi... usy sirf wo raat yaad hai jab.. shagun hum sab ko choor kar gayi thi...
Mr iyer: raman...
Raman; she hates me appa... she thinks that I had kill shagun...
Mrs iyer hugs raman and says: we will tell her that you are not responsible for shagun death...
Raman: she will not believe on it amma... like she has done past three years ago... she will leave me amma... like she has done..
Mrs iyer: nahe raman... aisa kuch nahe hoga...
Mr iyer: haan raman... ishita tumse bohat pyaar karti hai... tum usky dil mien rehty ho...
Raman: amma.. mein ab bardasht nahe kar sakta...
Mrs iyer: tum bohat achy ho raman... tum ishita ka dil jeet lo gay... tum aise himmat nahe haar sakty... ishita kay liye apne bachy kay liye... aur shagun kay liye bhi.. tumhain us insaan tak pohanchna hai jis ki wajah say ye sab hua...
Mr iyer: tum mery damaad nahe bety ho... tumhain himmat rakhni hogi raman...
Both hugs raman...
