Raman was sitting in his office busy in his thoughts..Well not random thoughts but the dreams of his lady love. He couldn't help but smile while thinking about her; All his life he had dreamt of having a fairy tale love and all his dreams come true.
He smiled remembering his first meet with Ishita...his pagal madrasan. He chuckled remembering the day when he just parked his car outside his apartment and from nowhere Ishita parked her car which eventually hit his car. Any other day he would have just left the person but this one madrasi piece wasn't accepting her fault. On the contrary, according to her it was his mistake that he had parked wrongly which eventually resulted in accident.
He was left astonished at the guts of the lady. He dropped his idea of letting the person go and fought with her black and blue. Well don't you think small petty fights are the first step towards a great fairy love story?
He chuckled at the word love. He never thought that this pagal madrasan will become his life one day. One day she will become that important part of him without whom he couldn't even think of living even a moment.
He remembered their second meet when she was drying her hairs standing at the door way and accidentally they collided and she ended up in his arms. Something weird happened that day. Something changed in him. Something stirs inside him to acknowledge the fact that she was just not a pagal fighter stupid madrasan but a beautiful grown up woman too. Well it's possibly impossible to fall for someone in mere two encounters even without knowing her or even better with a stranger.
But she was no more a stranger to his heart. Call it her beauty or call it her indifference towards him but he was damm attracted to this lady. Raman forgot the world in her eyes, beautiful brown eyes. But he snapped out as she got out of his hold. Muttering a small thank-you she left from there with the blush that rose on her cheeks. Indeed Raman noticed it and it gave him gitters of being a teenager.
He mentally slapped himself for losing himself in her beauty, in her big brown eyes, in her rosy red lips that were shivering from cold, and her wet hair...oops..again you are entering in the no entry zone. Raman held his head and shaked his head as if he just saw a nightmare and ran inside his room to have a much needed cold shower.

Raman smiled inwardly. It was the day when he started noticing her. He was literally feeling like a teenager who found his lady love. Finally his third meet with his newly found crush..Ahaan..dentist madrasan. He was suffering from a severe toothache and randomly searched for a dentist nearby when he found this clinic. It was late hour of night when he entered the clinic. Well it was all deserted still he found his way to a girl who was standing facing her back to him and was talking to someone on the phone. As soon he reached her and about to call her she took a step back and collided with him which resulted in one more close moment but this time more intimate one.

Raman couldn't able to balance himself and they both fell with she on top of him and Raman on the floor. But he securely held her in his arms protecting her while they shared an eye-lock. Her hairs were blocking his view so involuntarily his hands reached for those flicks which he tucked behind her ears.
She dropped her gaze and tried to get out of his hold. Raman too stood up helping her on her feet. She stared at him strangely which made him remember why he was there at first place. He holds his left cheek and told her about the pain.

She smiled at him and took him inside and he just followed her embarrassed at the encounter. She asked him to open his mouth which was already slightly opened..:P
She asked him about his pain when he showed the side which was paining in reality. She chuckled at him as he showed her other cheek paining outside but kept quiet and treated him. She was about to give him an injection when he came out of his fairy tale thoughts. He looks like as asked him to enter a scary room full of ghosts. He looked cute. She thought but regained her posture as she had a big task in her hand.
He just looked like a baby to her. She moved near him while looking in his eyes. He had already lost his mind when he saw her coming near him. They were very close yet the moment turned to be an intense one. She smiled and slowly gave him injection as his mouth was already opened and he didn't even flinch a bit as he was busy in ogling this beautiful lady.
She wrapped up and they moved out. She stood there waiting for a cab when he just offered a ride to home. She declined at first. He was a bit disheartened but started Moving towards his car when all of a sudden rain started. He suddenly ran towards his car and was about to sit when his eyes moved on her. He was quite far from her so she didn't notice his presence. He was surprised to see her. She left all her necessary things in shade and ran out in rain playing and dancing in rain like a child did.

He smiled seeing her kiddish side. Some road side children too join her and she enjoyed with them. Raman couldn't move a bit. Getting wet head to toe but as if he care..he couldn't just afford to lose this moment. He never ever thought that he would be so deeply and intensely attracted to someone that to a pagal madrasan. He didn't know her a bit..even their start was also not so a good one...but mere one meet and he was bowled by her.
He never thought that someone will affect him this way ever. He slowly made his way towards her. Her back was facing him so he simply snaked his arms through her waist and held her in his arms. He smiled when he felt her joining her hands with him. She kept her head on his chest as they swayed and enjoyed in rain.

He was snapped out of his thoughts as the rain get heavier. He saw her sitting in cab as the cab drove off. He moved towards those children who were still enjoying the rain. He opened his arms wide and welcomed the rain drops in his life and guess what..he fell in love...awww his fairy tale love...Maybe not love at first sight..but surely it was love...That one rain told him his feelings towards her.
He smiled when he saw the same picture of her as his mobile wallpaper. He could never get over this moment. Sitting in office makes no difference to him. We say love makes a person less productive and see here Mr.Raman Bhalla,CEO of the year is sitting here reminiscing all the old moments of his fairy tale love story... He chuckled and left for his home. It was just afternoon and he was already missing her. He couldn't wait to be near her and feel her presence around her.
While driving again his thoughts ran to the past events...when he was enjoying the feeling of being in love...

Next day after the rain incident he was all lost sitting in his room doing nothing but thinking about her. His mother entered his room after calling him thrice from outside his room..but getting no response she ended up gate crashing in his room and found him all lost. He was sitting on his bed lost oblivious to his mother's presence. She was confused seeing him lost and not even acknowledging her presence. On observing intently she found him holding a file but he was looking outside the balcony. She moved towards him and got him back on earth. He abruptly closes his file and asking an apology he left the room blushing as if he was caught red handed.
She found his behavior weird when something caught her eyes. It was a picture of a girl dancing in rain. Raman has captured her picture dancing in rain and get it print. He was staring at the picture all the time. His mother on a closure look at the girl instantly knew what was cooking in her son's mind. She smiled inwardly and move out of the room to meet their sweet neighbors.
It was evening time when Raman was standing in his balcony waiting to get a glimpse of her. He felt elated as next moment she entered in her balcony. He hid himself behind the curtains and stared at her. Suddenly her expressions changed and she moved inside her room much to his disappoint. But as he listens to the banter that had started between a Punjabi and madrasi he knew she will be there only. He made his way out and held his head as his mother was again fighting with the madrasis.
But the topic intrigued him and he smiled knowingly. He have guessed that his mother had actually seen that picture which he forgot to hide in the file. She was fighting over the topic that if a Punjabi and Madrasi can live together or not making the Iyers oppose saying they can adjust with anyone its punjabi's who act stupid. He chuckled seeing her acting as a referee.
Slowly yet gradually he started meeting her with one excuse or the other. Their bond reached to a level in few weeks where they had become so good friends. They enjoyed , laughed and had fun together. One side where Ishita have just started knowing him, other side Raman was deeply falling in love with her. Ishita too felt something for him but simply just shrugged away those feelings in name of good friends.

They have created a complete different bond with each other. Yes they were friends but still they fought with each other like Raavan and jhasi ki Rani. They never let a chance go away from their hands to fight on nothing to everything. Raman was thoroughly enjoying this new phase of life where as his Intelligent mom got the cue and they reached to Iyers narrating them with the story.
They felt elated and readily accepted the proposal of Raman for Ishita. When Raman get back home he was told that they have found a girl for him. He was shocked. He thought his mom knew and will understand but they seemed as if nothing matters. He spilled the truth of liking Ishita but found them unaffected. He was upset over the fact and left for his room while everyone gave a knowing look to each other.
Next day, Mr.Bhalla asked him to meet the girl which he denied. He gave him an ultimatum and took him without listening to his any pleads. As they reached Iyers doors they rang the bell and waited. Raman was confused but still didn't utter anything. They settled inside when slowly the situation dawned upon him and he wanted to hide somewhere from the teasing gazes of people around him that's when his eyes landed on his lady love.

He was looking like at her in awww just like a love struck puppy. Everyone laughed seeing him lost. Everything was fixed and they left after finalizing the details about wedding. Raman was on 9th cloud of happiness. He wasn't expecting everything to be happened in this way. He decided to confess his feelings to her and asked her parents to take her out on dinner. But she refused saying there was an emergency.
Raman found her behavior odd not knowing what happened to her but he shrugged away thinking maybe she was genuinely busy with her work. So he waited for her. It's been days when she last talked to him. He was getting bad vibes about something being not right.
He still remembers the day when he found her a bit unhappy. He approached her but she gave a rude look to him and when he tried talking to her she just shrugged away and asked him to stay away from her life. He didn't know what changed in her. He tried talking to her in one way or other but she chose to ignore him all the time. He became restless and one day he found her going somewhere at late night of hour. She looked disturbed. He thought of talking to her but she drove away. Not wanting to let her go alone he too followed her until he reached her Clinic.
He saw her going inside. He waited for her half an hour but something got into his senses and he moved inside. He walked to her cabin when he heard a male voice speaking. His interest grew as he heard his name being taken. And why he heard next left him in shock. His eyes became watery and he couldn't help but move out from the place. It was suffocating him. He never thought that this could have been the reason she was staying away from him.
His eyes cried as he remembers her words saying she didn't love him. It is just a forced relation on her. Mere thought of the fact that his first love will never be completed broke his heart like anything. He also saw hugging them which told him that she loved that man way too much. He decided at that moment that he will gave away his happiness for her happiness. He can't let her cursing his love for life long.
Next day he himself called both the families and asked them for apology that he cannot marry Ishita. She stared at him in disbelief. She couldn't comprehend that what happened to him but she still choose to keep quiet while everyone was lashing out their anger on him. She felt bad for him and decided to talk to him.
She tried to talk to him for days but didn't get the chance too.
One day he was on terrace staring at the moon and remembering his happy moments with her when he felt a tap on his shoulder. He instantly recognized the touch and without looking at her he moved away but she blocked his way and asked the reason behind the sudden change in him.

He was adamant to not reply but her continuous rant irritated him and he brought her closer by her shoulders and told her that he had seen her with that person and he knows the truth. She felt bad as he left away saying after that. She was drowned in her thoughts for days only thinking about him. This is what she wanted then why she was feeling bad. Days went by but she didn't knew what was happening with her...strange feelings engulfed her heart and mind. She came to know by someone that Raman was leaving Delhi forever and was going to Mumbai in 2 days. She was again left in a deep thinking when she saw him walking upstairs. She found something odd and went out. It was late night so no one was there to witness anything. She tried talking to him but he just shrugged away her hand which told her that he was drunk. She helped him to him room in his tipsy state.
She came back to her room and remembered his words. He was not in his sense but he poured out his hurt and anger in front of her. She was left astonished at the amount of love he has for her. Next evening she was not herself anymore. She have gone out with subbu but was thinking about Raman. She was coming back with him when suddenly Subbu stopped his car on a dark road and eyed her with lustful eyes. Ishita asked him about being stopped here but he ignored her and advances towards her.

Ishita found this uncomfortable and get out of his car pushing him a bit. Subbu followed her and stopped her by holding her shoulders. She jerked away his hand which resulted that her blouse was tore from her shoulder. Subbu was still advancing when from nowhere a punch came and he was on the road screaming in pain. She just turned around and saw Raman standing there. She got tears in her eyes as she ran towards him. After giving warning to Subbu, Raman made her wear his coat and took her in his car. The drive was indeed a silent one but it gave Ishita a sense of relief. She knew what she wanted and before she lost it forever she have to bring it back.
As they reached their building rain was pouring heavily. He made his way to the stairs but suddenly stopped listening to her words. She was dancing in rain and shouting that she loves him. He made his way back to her. They both stared In each other's eyes and ishita once again confessed her love for him and hugged him.
At first he was being reluctant but gave in as he missed her alot. And seeing her confessing her love for him gave him life back.
He stopped his car outside his apartment and smiled at the memory of them standing here while getting wet in rain; this was even the same place where they kissed for the first time in rain. He smiled and made his way upstairs to his home. He was so desperate to meet his lady love.
As he entered everyone smiled looking at him but as he asked about Ishita's whereabouts everybody's smile vanished in a moment.
"Puttar...she must be upstairs.." Toshiji replied while faking a smile.
"Papa...you are home...you know I missed you so much...I am glad you came back early..." Ruhi, their 5 years daughter chirped while running into his arms.
He gladly took her in his arms and said " I missed you too my princess... And I even missed your Ishima...so let's go and surprise her..she must be in our room..come on.."
Ruhi stared at him and looked at her dadi not knowing what to reply...her eyes were filled with tears as the memories of her mother rush back to her. She hugged Raman and started crying.
Raman looked at her and asked in concern "What happened to my Ru..Did Ishima scold you today..."
Ruhi detangled her and said " papa .what have happened to you
..Ishima is no more...She is not with us anymore... she left us alone papa...she left us..."
Hawaaon mein lipta hua main

Ruhi started crying bitterly while Raman was shocked out of his wits...Something broke inside him once again and not able to handle the rush of memories he fainted. Everybody was tensed and they took him to his room and gave him his dosage of injection. This was nothing new for them.
Ishita his love of life left him alone while giving birth to their daughter. Raman was so much shocked that his condition worsened and he didn't accept the truth that she is no more. But only Raman knew that she is with them every time...she is with him every moment of their life..she have lived each and every moment of their growing daughter with him.
He believe she is here..His family thought it to be his mental illness but his heart knew she is here and will never leave him alone no matter what. In his heart of hearts he can never forgive her for going away from him but he knew she is here.
It was midnight when he opened his eyes feeling a hand caressing his head. He knew the touch very well. This mere touch can soothe him and give him the feeling of belongingness. He slowly opened his eyes when his tears threatened to spill any moment. He didn't take a moment and took her in hug not wanting her to go anywhere.
"Ishita..." He whispered closing his eyes as tears made their way out of his eyes.
Ishita smiled between her tears seeing her hubby hugging her like a small baby. She caressed his face and gave him soothing kisses on his temple to calm him down. Raman calmed a bit and stared in her eyes. He smiled at her seeing the amount of love for him in her eyes.
He kissed on her forehead and hugged her again. Seconds. Minutes... Hours passed but they were clinging on to each other like there is no tomorrow. Ishita detangled herself from him and said " what happen to my Raavan Kumar..."

He chuckled listening to her and said "haven't fought with you since a while...just missing my Jhasi ki Rani.."
She smiled at him and said "You know How much I love you...please don't hurt yourself Raman...everyone needs you..you need to be strong..for the family..for our Ruhi..for...me. "
He stared at her and said "Ishita...I can't live without you...Without you I feel like there is nothing to live for...everything reminds me of you..And the pain of going through this all over again is unbearable...Please Ishita come back..Please..."
He cried holding her in his arms while she too shed tears of pain but she knew she have to be strong for him.
"Sshhh..It;s okay raman...There is no need to cry,..just let of the pain you are holding inside in this lil heart of yours...And I promise you won't feel this vulnerable ever.Trust me.."
"It's not possible...I can't let go of the pain...I know if I did...you will again leave me...and this time will never come back...I can bear this pain happily...If end of the day I get to see you...Promise me...you won't go anywhere Ishita...you are my lifeline...please come back na..."
Raman uttered last words in mere whisper which made Ishita's eyes teary and she hugged him sobbing in his arms.
"I wish Raman..I wish I could come back...But I have gone very far from you..and there is no come back...I am sorry that I let you suffer alone..." And she cried harder.
"No Ishita..It was not your fault...It was our destiny to be like this..! But don't worry...I know you will be going nowhere...don't you remember what you have said once,..that no matter what..you will never leave me...even if you died you will chase me as a ghost..."
She chuckled listening to his stupid rants. Raman cleared her face and kissed her nose making her smile. Raman was so lost in her that he never realized Ruhi was standing at his door way seeing him talking in the air.
"Papa..." She called him gaining her attention and moved in his arms hugging him tightly.
Ishita smiled at their adorable daughter. She couldn't live with them but she was happy seeing those moments from far away. Her daughter was exact copy of her dear hubby...She is glad that God had sent Ruhi into their lives. She knew one day she has to left him alone here. That day will be very painful for him but she knew her daughter will never let Raman feel any void in his life.

She simply took steps back when Raman held her hand still looking at Ruhi. She knew he didn't want her to leave so she just sat down enjoying the father-daughter moment.
"Papa..i am sorry...I shouldn't have said those things to you..." Ruhi said with tears in her eyes.
"It's okay Rooh...Papa is fine...and don't ever think even for a second that Ishima has left you alone...She is always here with you...with us...She is watching your every little move...She loves you Rooh..." Raman said cocooning his daughter and staring at Ishita.
He can see the longing in her eyes to hold their daughter but she can't do anything. This is against the principles of nature. He assured her through his eyes and she chuckled knowing that he must have already know how she was feeling.

She caressed Ruhi's head and kissed her. Though the little girl wasn't aware of her Ishima being here but she can feel her love for her.
"Papa...if Ishima loved us so much...Why she left me and you alone here..." Ruhi asked out of blue.
Raman looked at her and then at Ishita not knowing what to answer. He hugged Ruhi and said "No Rooh...why Ishima will leave her lil angel alone. She is here with us in our hearts. Just close your eyes and take her name. And next time when you'll open your eyes Ishima will be sitting by your side..."

Raman cajoled her daughter and put her into sleep. Nicely tucking her, Ishita moved towards the balcony and sat on the swing remembering their moments they had spent with each other while fighting, loving, laughing..what not.
She missed everything about this room...She was so lost in his thoughts that she never realized When Raman took the seat next to her. She smiled at him and they sat like this for don't know how much hours.
"I love you Ishita..."
"I love you too Raman..."
And they drifted in the deep sleep without any worries or pain. All it matters to them is that they love each other and whatever it is..their love is beyond any other thing. Their love exists till eternity...Maybe ishita was not with them anymore...but she is in their hearts. And she knew in her heart of hearts that she can never leave them alone here.
End of the day she will be here sitting next to him feeling his essence which makes her heart warm and shine in his love. And giving him the sense of relief that she was here...with him...in his arms..
