But then Manoj carried the surrogacy procedure, so he must know na whether she was already pregnant or not. Unless he was blindly in love with shagun to support her even in this. Or the other possibility is that maybe shagun had exposed the surrogacy scam and manoj was involved so she threatened him with dire consequences hence they faked manoj loving shagun too so that raman wont doubt them. And they would pass Ashok's kid as IshRa.
