Long long ago a girl who attended a Protestant school in India came to school after the weekend with mehndi on her hands as she had attended a mehndi ceremony
This was absolutely taboo.And no amount of explaining to the British teachers was a good enough excuse for coming to school with mehndi.
The girl was made to spend the whole day on the lab while all sorts of things were applied to her hands to rub the mendi away.They scrubbed and they scrubbed but of no avail.The mehndi of those days was genuine ,true and strong.
Just like the Divan chemistry of Karan and Divyanka. All the dramatic experiments to scrub the magic away are not working All the twist applications are failing to dilute the effect.
As a matter of fact like the mehndi with each passing day the colour is settling in and becoming more pronounced.
The British science teacher and the principal after several days gave up .
I think the writers, creatives and all concerned should give up their futile exercises too !
I don't know if they are really bothered about Efforts to exorcise Shagun's ghost out of Ishita or in reality trying to exorcise the Divan magic from the show .
Because the show is hinged only on that and they are finding the whole thing outside the parameters of their script and plot -- it has really become a custody battle -- the producers want to have custody of the Divan chemistry to turn it on and off at their will
But they don't realise they are battling with millions of viewers who are clamouring for Divan magic
And last but not least the weavers of this magic may not think similarly but when it comes to their Divani they are too involved and in sink.
So they will not give up custody of this --- by whatever name called ----that exists between them.
