I don't think so that they are portraying that Raman prefers shagun over ishita. That is because even when She was dead his only concern was his and ishu's child. Moreover ishita is not the one who will be happy with materialistic things. She usually gives away such things to shagun. Like as far as I remember Raman had once brought her some dress which shagun had liked and it was the last piece which raman bought and ishu gave it to shagun. So probably Raman has reduced giving her such things...😆😆
