well I m sort to disagree with you it's very difficult to understand what makes u fail to understand a vulnerable women who is guilty ,trying hard to redeem and be good and ashamed of her past doings.U even are shown regarding what shagun thinks ...then What s is difficult to accept. She learned the lesson hard way when building collapsed ,she lost her children forever ,that was the moment of change.Though she wasn't in position to accept and still behaved egoistick infront of ishita. But when she lost everything with no house ,no money she realised her mistakes and changed herself .Sometimes people learnt the lessons hard way.She realised when she lost everything.
Really? When was Shagun vulnerable? She made others vulnerable. If Shagun was actually on the path of redemption, she wouldn't have offered to be a surrogate mother. She would have gone out of Ishita and Raman's life forever. Had Shagun been purer than SnowWhite, she would have asked for Ishita's opinion before getting the fertilised egg inseminated inside her... It is not even difficult for Ruhi Arora to understand how a woman will feel to have her kid inside her husband's ex-wife body. She capitalised on Raman's helplessness once again.
And i never saw Shagun suffering. The last memory was of that hospital scene where she left the town and Cut to the next scene, it was Ruhi Arora being respected by masses for being a NGO worker. She was leading a sophisticated life. Ok, she was missing her kids,etc... But what was the need to come back into Ishita's life? She got what she deserved.
